I have ordered a cardigan from Wallis in their sale. I am most happy as have had eye on cardigan for ages and is now £17 down from £25.

I think I have been most cunning and have ordered a ton of other stuff to take over £80 mark to get free postage. Also got a 10% off code for signing up to their newsletter (which I already get....) I am intending to take all other stuff back once I get my delivery - but still get to keep my free delivery and 10% off - do you think this will work????

Will you definitely take it all back? Some of it might be too nice;) Plus, I sometimes used to buy things and forget or be too lazy to take them back. :o

Nuts are another good one, my diet book used to recommend 11 almonds for a snack!

I agree that nuts are a good idea, I love them. 11 almonds is ridiculous, I could probably fit that in my mouth in one go:D

 sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.

I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long :(
  • Oatcakes? not had them.

Bananas don't exactly fill me up. but maybe bananas with some thing - oatcakes!?

I will give the nuts a go was happily munching dried fruit but then that is all sugar and I think that is what is making me get these terrible energy lows and dizziness(low blood sugar?)

I am doing that thing AGAIN when I have a bit of time, start to think about my life and day dreaming my time in some kind of Montage of a Perfect Life, rather then actually doing stuff (ebay for example, Avon, marking)

this year MUST be our year! I CANNOT keep doing this!!!!!!
    Nevertheless she persisted.

I was doing the exact same thing today, I was sat in a coffee shop (yes I caved in and had a coffee, it doesn't count as I was too far from home to get a fruit tea:D am still following the food bit of the diet though) and I was musing on how it will be when I can fit in my nice clothes and I can go back in the summer when I am slim:rolleyes: and sit there elegantly instead of my usual taking up the whole chair and having clothes too tight. Then I will stroll back to my beautiful apartment to get ready to go out for the evening. I don't have a job to worry about in this imaginary life, or any money worries. Am a lady of leisure.

This diet has got to bloody work as I am running out of options here:rolleyes: I feel like my life is on hold while I sort it out, of course while I was thinking that I was self sabotaging with coffee:rolleyes:

I know what you mean Sarah so have been additionally cunning in that bought a green tunic which I really like look of but is £40 so way more than prepared to spend. But if I know it fits and looks nice, can keep eye out for sales/ discount codes etc.

Also have ordered a top that I don't think is very nice and a dress which I am certain won't look good on me, if by miracle, it does, then it is £20 so not so bad.

However I know what you mean, took me ages to take my Clarks boots back so will have to be v. organised.

I have had email that the stuff i ordered from Wallis has been dispatched as has stuff from Amazon - hurrah!!!

Sarah - did you manage anything off your 100 list today??

Buffy - I know what you mean. I know have a huge pile of stuff I intend to ebay to make my millions but haven't even taken one photo yet!!! still we all need some relaxing time to chill out and make sense of everything!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Hi everybody :hello:

I definately spend loads of time thinking about my perfect life - and not doing anything to get any closer to it :o I know what you mean about having life on hold - when I lose weight, when I earn more, when I've no debts, etc then everything will be perfect:rolleyes: I once read somewhere (?) that you should imagine that you already have your perfect life and live, dress, act etc. the way you would in that perfect life -it's supposed to fool you into achieving the life you want. Could it be worth a try

My favourite self help book recommends this, I used to do it a bit, am struggling with the motivation at the moment, although I do listen to the cd that came with the book on my ipod while I am walking to the shops, I am hoping it will subconciously sink in:D

Funnily enough I was thinking the other day about how I would explain it to someone and I thought a simple way would be if you really thought about £2 coins they would start to appear because you get what you think about, and the next day I got 3 of them, which might sound a bit silly but it did make me think I should make a concerted effort to do it more often, might try it with £50 notes this time. :D

:rotfl: :rotfl: If only it was that simple!!! So my plan for tomorrow then is to think about £50 notes and slim, goddess like girls !!!
