    Hi BuuzzyBee, welcome in :D

I've been thinking again (bad for me, I know) and I reckon one of the best ways to motivate yourself is to get a big ball of hate built up inside you. The absolute rage you feel will soon force you to push yourself beyond your usual barriers and you'll be climbing mountains blindfolded in no time...

I can't do that! If you get what you think about I shall only think peaceful thoughts:D

but the problem with peaceful thoughts is that they relax you and don't motivate. Peaceful thoughts won't get you in the gym 4 times a week or help you cycle 50kms on a day off will it?

Mags - :j :j that your procedure went well. I'm really glad for you!

I like the positive thinking idea. I did swan around Libertys on Saturday pretending I had enough money to buy all the lovely things I was looking at,I said hello to all the sales assistants in my rich voice.... so maybe it will work!

I am so  that Gossip Girl isn't on tonight. I planned my evening around it!

Thank you im over the moon and back again :j
 sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.

I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long :(
