The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

Oh and I used to grow raspberries but my dog used to spend hours oh-so-carefully picking out and eating every berry less than 4ft off the floor!

Smutty boys can be great for taking your mind off things :)

My garden is a mess right now so need to get out there & do stuff. I love the random cottage look & aim to have a widlife area too for the buzzy bees & butterflies. Really want some dwarf fruit trees too but a bit pricey :(

Dropped my phone earlier & one button dislodged  then noticed I have a chip in windscreen too & due to size & location I reckon it will have to be replaced - £70 excess

Hey ho such is the life of the single & in debt peeps

my grandad was irish, and you have to give them credit for stupidity, I went on holiday there once to Waterville near Cork and the scenery was fantastic, my grandad came from the shankill road area, and my surname means son of a poor man, what a surprise that was!

Lula can't you get the chip repaired, I'm sure I've lost my mind there's an advert on telly about it but can't remamber the name of the co.
  • Lula-Hula, just reading your post about planting something in memory of someone. My mam died 3 years ago and i had her ashes mixed with wild flower seeds so when i spread them i know a piece of her is helping them grow. i havent gotten around to that yet but hope i come to terms with it sometime soon

There's an insurance company over here who will replace your windscreen as many times as you need FOC and without scrapping your NCB...

Grrrr  I hate it when things like that all come along at once. How annoying. Feel your pain on the car thing, it's never cheap with a car and always feels like such a big waste. Do you know yet when the second job starts?
