Sarah - maybe the headache is part of the detox?? Not sure if it is too early to be getting caffeine withdrawals??

I've been decluttering too today, although did take a trip into town to return my clarks boots that didn't fit and went into a dept store and entered a comp for a safari (fingers crossed :rotfl: ) and found some lovely Miu Miu sunglasses for £106 which look lovely! However just can't justify that sort of cash and would probably sit on them, scratch them or lose them!!!

My problem now is that I have a massive pile of books to sell on Amazon / Green Metropolis, bags of stuff I hope to sell on ebay and two full bags for the charity shop...but there isn't a charity shop near me....

I need to get this sorted out asap and start selling to get rid of this junk!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

dont want to be naggy type but if you have many things stilled tagged & bagged then I really thing you should consider investing in a digital camera in order to ebay/gumtree stuff. I keep thinking I should do this as I just give so much stuff away simply because I am unable to photograph it for selling :o .

The bagged/tagged things are mainly from last year's shopping splurges when I decided I would never buy cheap things again so they are nice things, couldn't bear to part with them:o when they are all hung up and I can fit into them I will have more than enough clothes to last me, but have decided that when that happens for every one thing I buy I will have to get rid of something as having more than enough to wear is a bit pointless.

Thank goodness for the £100 challenge, might have even more stuff by now if it wasn't for that:A

I have loads to sell and have joined at least two challenges which I am not doing so hot in!

I was watching NCIS too, was a good episode.

I like having the 100 list too, have only got 75 things on it as couldn't think of any more, but will add to it during the year. Am going to try to get 4-5 things done this week. It's good that you are doing things from it too, I think even if we get half done it will be an acheivement, glad it has given you an excuse to escape the visit.:D

I drink loads of coffee so it doesn't surprise me that I am having withdrawal symptoms already:o On the plus side at least I know it's working:rolleyes:

    Oooh, what is preloved?

I'm all for trying to find more sites to sell things on.

However have had quite a few books on Amazon for aaaages and still not sold even one!

I joined the Summer Sizzler challenge, have a bit more than my sig says as haven't included my overtime yet but still... I need to get on with that or i'm gonna miss it by miles!

I watched NCIS too.. was a bit scary!!

Ooh Bathgate, sounds fab! I want a 4 bed too, lots of room for a library then:D You lucky thing, being able to have peace and quiet and not having to take account of anyone else. :j

How d'ya know I'd have a library? ;) Would be great to spoil myself with a bigger place. With the mortgage rates now and the developers offering a really good deal, I'm sooooo tempted (Friday I even phone up to put down a deposit and it was ringing out!) Oh well, another trawl around the development tomorrow to make up my mind.

Who needs a man to clog up my place with HIS stuff?!

I hope all the single people had a great Valentines' Day! I know of one friend who has texted me to tell me someone at her work got engaged so she's dreading Monday and hearing the 'we got engaged' palaver. I told her to take one look at the ring and say, "Is that it?" :whistle:Nasty of me?! Not at all - I've heard some of the comments they make to my mate and some of it quite nasty and always reminding her she's on her own.

C'mon the single people! I demand we have our own day in which we remind ourselves about the good things about being single!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

here is the preloved site http://www.preloved.co.uk/

I use it to sell "big things" for collection only? like odd bits of furniture and pet cages.

I didn't really get how you made money on Amazon so have always left it

I am going to try and sell old Cd's on music magpie, haven't tried it yet.

and I thought NCIS was well scary!!
