Just wanted to come say hi before I disappear to bed. Not been around much so sorry about that, been in a bit of the doldrums atm and never sure what to write. Stuff has officially come to an end with the Scot. He has made me feel horrendously guilty, but I know I need more then what was there so I am trying to be strong for a change and not give myself a hard time

So can I officially jump back into the Singleton bandwagon please?

Welcome back Ossireo:hello: Was beginning to worry about you! Sorry to hear your news, hope you're ok. Don't feel guilty, and don't give yourself a hard time, you know what you need from a relationship, and whether it is working or not. I think you were very brave to let go when you knew it was the wrong relationship for you, plenty of people, including me, would have just hung on despite being unhappy. You did the right thing. Have a dodgy group hug:grouphug:.

Of course you can jump back on the bandwagon, you are our champion dieter! We need you!:D xxx

Morning all:hello: just wanted to pop in and say hi. I was in on Friday and Saturday night too; its good to know that I'm not the only one. I've not been around much lately, been a bit miserable and lonely so I've been running off to hide out at my parents - nice and safe!

Anyway, I'm going now, don't want to moan and bring people down. Must just convince myself that "all will be well"!

Buffy...what you dressing up as on Friday?? I'm working in my mams pub and we've got to dress up :eek: I've never done dress up, I'm such a bore. No idea what to do :rolleyes:

I've got some guy texting me...he's asked to take me out for dinner..I said he could coz I don't mind gettin to know him a bit more but it will never go anywhere and aslong as he knows that then it's ok. I don't know if i'm doing the right thing. I can honestly say it will NEVER go anywhere and said i'd pay for myself so I didnt feel I owed him anything but then he said no he'd pay, so the MSE in me and saying let him pay lol Do ya think this is fair? I can't be anymore honest about it!!

Anyhoo, just thought I'd give you an update on my life. I ran/walked the Great South Run today. Did it for charity and am really pleased I got through as I've been ill the last few days.

Love life - we won't go there for now I think

Ossireo - I'm sorry that things aren't working out. I had hoped for your sake that it would work but it's better to be unhappy and on your own than unhappy in a relationship (in my humble opinion anyway).

Sarah - I was in on both Friday and Saturday nights. Hated it, but mega mega skint this month plus felt too ill.

Bowski - go for it. He knows the score so do it!!

Dolly - I do that when feeling down. Parents are a great 'comfort blanket'

Buffy - sorry about your shattered illusions. I hear there are some genuine men out there... somewhere

I've been working this evening, my mam asked me if I'd work for her I said I would if she bought me a chinese (I was out lastnite therefor chinese was essential !!) so she did !! Me and DD went to an all you can eat buffet and bloody enjoyed it !!!

I'm gonna have to go to bed, far too many late nights for me this week, need a fresh head for the morning, looking after my niece and nephew.

Hope everyone is well, well done michelle for the run, that's bloody brilliant! especially when you were feeling poorly as well, hope you feel better now.
Dolly, I hope you are feeling a bit better since the weekend, don't worry about moaning, that's what we are here for! All will be well, we all have down days, chin up and big hugs.

Am really annoyed with myself as I caught my favourite work skirt on a nail and ripped it, and it is beyond repair. Will probably not buy a new one and manage with the work clothes I have as I can't justify the expense, am v cross with myself. Have decided to challenge myself to 5 NSDs next month, the problem is once I but one thing I can't stop, so hopefully banning mysef from even one thing a few days a month will help.

Lula, hope you are ok, you haven't been on for a few days, I need your NSD expertise!
