Hi all, have been good so far this week, I feel very guilty about Dolly and Bowski, they have tried so hard and I was so rubbish! So I am actually aiming to lose weight this week. Have just been to the shop to get a bottle of wine, but am going to try eco's idea of having it with half diet lemonade and will try to stick to one glass. Need to wind down in the evenings and tea or squash isn't really doing the trick.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0

Chopped up a bit of leftover ham & chucked it into some fried rice with some peas & the last of the chilli paste.

Took the day off work yesterday & watched the whole 1st series of the West Wing0 -
Hi Sarah,
I feel exactly the same, for some reason I just dont seem to be trying hard enough, have been quite good today though, it's just that I'm eating so many carbs as with kitchen in complete chaos it's easier to grab a quick sarnie / piece of toast rather than fry up some bacon  .
Today I saw the workmen sitting on the wall having a smoke break & I was so tempted to just ask if I could cage one off them, knowing it would stop me eating...but I really dont want to start smoking again & I know that I can lose this stone if I just try harder. Before my lbm I used to gym 3 times a week so used to eating whatever I want & then burning it off. Gym is not an option these days so will just have to get on my bike more or learn to stop stuffing myself  .
Have you had any luck with meal planning ?0 -

Hi all
Happy birthday SBC
(anybody worrying about the numbers, you could always adopt my gran's method and have an official birthday where you take a year off again.)
Good luck with the car insurance eco, I'm assuming you'll do the MSE comparison advice? I saved £100 and that's as a new driver with a claim last year - v funny conversation with poor sales guy when I rang up to cancel the renewal and he had to try and convince me that the "handbag cover up to £300" was worth the extra £100. It'd be a bl**dy good day there's £300 worth of anything in my car, let alone my handbag!! :rotfl:
Lula - not even dark rum with blackcurrant? *(Rosa licks lips and considers hotel bar, but is too lazy to leave room)*
I've still done hardly any Pilates but did do lots of walking this week.

Not had much luck with meal planning as such, but the fridge/cupboard is filled with low carb snacky stuff, so at least when I can't be bothered to cook I can put together a few things, is so difficult to not be able to have bread though! Low carb food is so bloody expensive though. Have decided it's worth it as I NEED to lose weight. At least I am still allowed cheese and coffee. Can cope with a lot of food depravation, but those 2 must stay! Made the mistake of buying shop brand coffee last week to save a bit of money. Have never tasted anything so awful. I may be poor, but I will not suffer in such an dreadful manner! I am still allowed to have some standards!
Wine and diet lemonade is yummy.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

Happy birthday SBC for yesterday and happy birthday for tomorrow Ossireo_party_
God I'm such an idiot!! Spoke to the ex tonite and felt pretty angry towards him but then felt like i was missing him. so silly me text him saying i was missing him, i'm such an idiot! Now I've just spend the last 20 mins in tears over him grrr!! It's wierd because most the time I just feel laid back and think hey ho its over, doesnt matter, you'll get over it. And then other times I feel like I really dislike him for dumping me and then I start to miss him! Bloody men!!! (sorry SBC &Tony) I hate having 'weak' moments, I'm normally strong! I feel stupid coz we were only together for 5 months and weren't even serious but I'm still upsetAh well tomorrow's another day!!
