I'm soooooo gonna put on lots of lb's tomorrow
This week I have had more pastry, bread, crisps and cakes than i've had in months! I've completely fallen off the wagon. I thought about not going to slimming world tomorrow but I've decided I should go. at least them I'll know exactly how much a need to lose next week. It will hopefully shock me into being really good. I'd hate to put something like 5lb on.. it can easily be done in a week but could take weeks and weeks to shift!!
I definately need some exercise, I don't do any!! I have 13 gym sessions I got for my b'day but my back and chest are really sore like I've pulled a muscle, so I don't want to go to the gym and only put a half-hearted attempt in, which is all I can do in this pain.
Well I was meant to be takin my Mam to the airport tonight but it's ended up cheaper for her to go on the train. I don't mind like, but I was really looking forward to a drive on the motorway.
I've been in my p.j's since about half 6 so a definate NSD for me today yay!!

Its my birthday tomorrow as well, do you think its acceptable to get stuck at 35 for this year? 36 seems way too much closer to 40 :eek:0 -

Hello peeps,

Have been very good food wise today - mainly because the effort involved in trying to prepare food of any kind is just too disheartening.
Re ; birthdays - Find an age you like & stick to it. I shall be 37 on my next birthday (again)
I've not had alcohol for 3 days now, mainly because I cant bear absinth or dark rum & that's how low my stock iswell, apart from a bottle of cava but it seems a bit silly to down that on my own
