    Hey everyone,

So how's the week end shaping up so far ?

I did my gatwick trip this morning - yawn - & have spent the rest of the day clearing out all the kitchen cupboards, dismantling tables, cleaning behind fridge - ugh - & trying to find spaces to put everything. I'm shattered.

Bowski, you'll be pleased to know there is not a hint of anything unhealthy in the house now so the weight loss should be easier now. As far as the xbf keeping in touch; we've been friends for some time & he really helped me through some bad stuff last year, it was my idea to separate as I felt I needed some space to reassess my life. He's not my DDs father & we never lived together but her biological has no contact & as she & xbf are very fond of eachother I dont think it would be fair to push him out of her life too just because I dont want to be in a relationship with him. That probably sounds odd but we dont have a huge family & she only has one grandparent - my dad, who's not really very hands-on, so it's good for her to have a male adult about that I trust. Our life is very female so I think a male perspective is healthy.

On a lighter note ; I finished my baileys last night :( & have nothing to drink now apart from tea, coffee or squash, how boring.

I'm ignoring debts this week end too, not out spending or anything, just fed up with thinking about them so need a break. Going to chill on the sofa with a book & the tv - lving on the edge here

  • I ended up having my niece and nephew tonite, they've been fantastic till now! GRRRRRRRRRRR Their mam will kill me if she finds out they're still up at this time!! lol
I was on here earlier and my nephew pointed to Martin's head and said 'daddy' lol made me laugh anyways.

Lula, I know what you mean about your ex, you don't know how much your life sounds like mine, so I know exactly what you mean! Although my DD has just met her biological Dad in July but thats another story altogether..grrr!

I'm doing an airport run this week (see what i mean about our lives lol) but I'm going to drop my Mam off in Manchester. I'd soooo love to be going on holiday right now :( On the good hand tho, I'm off to Benidorm in March for my sister's 30th and that's been booked today so thats something to look forward to and an incentive to stick to my diet!

Hope everyone's enjoying their saturday night. You probably all think I'm sad being here on a saturday night and not doing something more interesting but I'm feeling quite content and happy right now :)

Hiya all.. My poor mum got delayed in bulgaria before flying and then hauled up in customs on arrival!!! It was a nightmare! I think we got back to northampton at three thirty sunday am! was knackered! had left n'ton at 9am!!! still had a good day saturday with my mate there and luckily she let me stay at hers while she went off to work sat night, so meant i could just chill out till i had to set off.

Very conflicting advise (as per the customs website!!!) on what the ciggie allowane is from bulgaria...on one hand it says yes, is part of eu, could be asked if have more than 16 packets of ciggies..then two pages over..(not that most people would then read on!...it says only 200 !!

my mum (yes i am biased) would not do anything illegal knowingly...and she was stopped even though the wording is very ambiguous! so she felt awful..and then when we could get on the way there was fog like you couldnt believe so the journey was terrible back!

still. today was good, brother and his partner and my little niece over for lunch before they took mum back with them for a few days..

Have not lost ANY weight!!! went on scales this morning ...and .....exactly the same as last monday !!!! hmmmm and i thought id been quite good!!!

fell asleep at 7pm and then woke again about 9 and now not that tired...hmmm. ill be knackered tom!!

hope you are all ok, x

This is the singles thread! I think most of us are more likely to have 6 cups of tea a day than 23 minutes of sexual activity :rotfl:

    Well done dolly,

now I'm really ashamed - havent lost a single pound, maybe that's because all my fat is turning into muscle after my bike ride yesterday ? Ok, so that doesnt explain why my clothes still dont fit
