I think when I return to work Ainsley Harriot CousCous is going to be my saviour in my diet world (and DFW world of not spending on lunch! :rotfl:) I think I am starting to get addicted to the Spice Sensation one, feels like a posh girls pot noodle as it only needs boiling water

Hi All, thank god it's the weekend, I've had a bad back for the last 2 days, I'm sick of shuffling round the house bent double like an 80 year old.
It looks like all the dieters are been really positive about losing the weight and doing well, I can't remember who lost half a lb, but every little helps and it's better to lose something than nothing, anyway the weekends here and my back will be better soon preferably tomorrow, cos I'm gardening come what may, I'm sick of been stuck in this house.

Hiya all. well today is a bad day for me food wise!!! Have had a crispies brekkie bar, an apple, three teas with half sugar in... Lamb burger and half plate chips lunchtime and am going to pizza hut tonight with a colleague from work... Going to see a clairvoyant tonight... was agreed to as i felt i should be sociable BUT you know how sometimes you just think Why have i agreed to this!! Id much rather go home, bath put my jim jams on and chill! Never mind!!!

spending day in romford with my mate tom before i go to lovely gatwick airport to collect my mum.. Thank god i didnt book the flights with excel !!!! hmm,. feel really sorry for those that did

well my diet's not gone very well at all this week, have been a bit under the weather so have done no exercise and eaten rubbish = put on 2 pounds! I WILL DO BETTER!

Hope everyone's having a good evening. I'm meant to be having an early night tonite but now i've just come onto here I just know it's not going to happen. There's always tomorrow night haha!!

Eco, hope your back is better tomorrow. There's nothing worse than a bad back, i suffer myself.

Someone mentioned cous cous, My sister makes it sometimes, just the plain one but she puts a stock cube in it to give it a bit of taste and then adds roasted vegetables, it's absolutely delicious!!! Really easy to make if only I could be bothered lol
