    Hello everyone...

Well, Tony anyway :D that last post made me dash to turn over tv thinking something good was on...

so, before we get on with usual chit chat I'd better confess my days consumption :

1 slice toast with marmite, cup of tea, 1 banana, 2 cups coffee, 1 bowl fruit n fibre, 2 slices toast with rather generous helping of peanut butter :o , handful of grapes, lemon sole & fries, 1 bowl butterscotch ice cream, 6 squares dark chocolate - it was fair trade so really it's a favour to cocoa farmers :p .

Not brilliant, but have been whizzing about today & did 100 bounces on my big ball.

So, Tony what are your interests apart from coast & country ?

Thanks for the warm welcome people! I wouldn't say I'm disciplined when it comes to dieting, I've been dieting on and off for the last 9 years!! At my heaviest ,3 years ago I was 19 and a half stone. I'm now 15 stone 9lb so that 14lb I want to lose for xmas certainly isn't my last stone (i can only dream ) lol it's weigh day for me tomorrow so I want you all to keep your fingers crossed for me please! I didn't eat for about 6 weeks and lost 17lb but started eating on saturday so feel like I'll probably put about 7lb or something on...i'm scared!!
I've had a crap diet day today, far too much bread! I daren't even list what i've eaten today i'm ashamed! No choc or crisps tho so I guess thats a good thing :)

No flirt stories yet i'm afraid, not quite into it yet as only just single, but can't wait to get back to it lol I'm just not safe being single haha!

Hope everyone's had a good day

Hi allI haven't posted for a few weeks, I went home to Germany for a couple of weeks and I' still feeling swept off my feet by the whole experience. ( I must also point out that I saved all the change from my grocery budget for six months to pay for the trip, no frivolous spending I promise!)I met someone while I was away and so technically I'm no longer single! Our phone bills are going to be huge, any money saving tips on international phone calls is most welcome, and I'm actually quite smitten!

    Hi Rosa & Bowski,

I've had quite a good day really - not very DFW unless you count buying a cashmere cardigan in the charity shop as money saving because it'll keep me warm :o .

Well, I've actually been quite adventurous with the innocent flirting ( by that I mean just being a bit friendly & chatty without any intention of taking it any further) after the power supply guy yesterday, I chatted with guy in electrical shop today, it was also good practice for doing money saving deals too & quite good fun.

I'm still in touch with the xbf although he's in bulgaria & seems to have forgotten we split up, & every so often I get a pang & think ' heck winter's coming, do I really want to be single, should I give it another go?'...& then fate seems to put me in contact with other varieties of the male species & I think ' actually, single is quite fun & there are plenty out there & if I was truly happy with the one I had then I wouldnt have mad the break would I'.

Touble is I have a history of making the wrong decision when it comes to choices of the heart & I dont think I trust my own judgment anymore. It's even tougher when there's children to consider too ...
