    Hello,

really working hard on the Baileys & feeling decidedly lopsided now,

Absolutely agrree that we have to have 'holy freaking kakc pants' as our lgog. I mean logo , you know what i mean ;)

Cant even remember what I have to do on mondays.... oh yeh, work, not eat & not spend money, work, not eat & not spend money, eat work money & spend  .

think I need to go lie down soon, all that cream is making my tummy very heavy :D
  • Morning everyone! Reading your weekend posts has cheered me right up and dragged me out of my Monday morning blues so thank you one and all!

Weight loss - oh - I would like to lose a stone by my birthday - it's two months away - am I being overly optimistic?! Have been terrible this weekend - it's been all wine, cocktails, wine, toast, wine, huge steak, big bowl of ice cream, wine, wine, wine, pizza! Who cares though - it was all so good at the time!!! xx
  • A sleepy good morning one and all, got in late and am regretting it now...

Current weight: 18st 1lb (253 lbs in "new money")
(not bothered about saying it; I've got some great curves and I scrub up OK!)
    Target is: 14st (196lbs)
Target for Christmas: 3 st (42 lbs)

I know it sounds a lot but one good thing about being so heavy is that a lot does come off to start with.

Cool; happy to be part of the gang!

    DD x

*salivates at list above * Oh that is so my kind of week end :D

Dolly D - you're a star :A be proud of your curves, sadly if I want to lose my thighs, then my 'assets' go too, but as I can now only fit into 2 bras, needs must or there'll have to be a trip to La Senza ...so

This morning confirmed my suspicions I now have a whole stone to lose
so started off with 2 cups of tea ( woke up at 5  feeling very queasy after last night's Baileyfest ) & 1 slice of toast with marmite, then about 10 had a banana, now just haivng a cup of coffee with semi milk & going to have a bowl of fruit n fibre for lunch.

  • I have just been and bought my soup for lunch - it appears to have very little calories or fat so shall be filling up on rice cakes! Have been very good and said no to the pub quiz tonight - instead going to go home and bounce around on my fit ball whilst pretending to do sit ups!

Loving the kack pants diet so far! xx

  • Okay, cool!!! I want some of this weight loss action!

2 stone by Christmas. Do you think thats realistic if I watch my eating and go to the gym? Just over three months away so I'd need to be losing about 3/4lb a week. Honestly, never really done the weight loss thing before but I'm at my biggest ever so defo need to do something? Advice, please? Is 3lb per week realistic?

Weight loss thing will help save money too as that is where most of it goes! Ha Ha

    Hello all,

I have a confession to make……I have been reading this thread since it was started by Sarah and I now need to come out and say hi.Iam 42 single and was left with some debts after a divorce about 7 years ago.I managed the debts carefully and I am clear of any debts(apart from the mortgage). It was very difficult at times trying to cope without any support from a partner, lots of sleepless and tearful nights (and days) but life does go on and these things need to be done.I feel like I have been stalking Sarah and the rest of you and at times it seems my life runs in parallel with yours!!
I am still single and never seem to meet that special person ,being in my 40’s seems to bring its own problems, well not so much problems but I find all my friends are either married, or tied done and don’t seem to have much time to socialise. I find my self either staying in all weekend and not saying a word to anyone or going out on walks on the beaches or nature parks a little way from me.
Anyway I need food and wine now and I hope I can contribute to Sarah’s thread.

    Tony
