just eaten, along with the cake earlier and the hot dogs before that.

I am experimenting with destroying bacon rolls and chocolate using alcohol, I think it is working quite well as I now have no recollection of eating the bacon and the last few chocolates are a blur.

  • Holy freaking kack pants.

I need to loose 35 freaking pounds.

I could probably do with losing about 30, so don't panic! Set a smaller target and update it later if you need to. Baby steps. I am putting 20lb as 30 just seems so far away.

I am going to stick with my planned 50lbs

I have done totally sh*t the last 2 weeks, put on weight not lost it .. so this week I thought balls to it all, just going to rebel and eat all sorts of stuff to deserve to put on weight then start fresh from Thursday (I weigh on Weds) So just had some Minstrels that we had bought for the Soldiers boxes after I found out they are not allowing chocolate to be posted atm lol

Had to look up a Baileys quote that I remembered from Will & Grace, then found another funny one as well!! Gotta love Karen Walker!!

Karen: I'll quit coffee. It won't be easy drinking my Bailey's straight, but I'll get used to it. It'll still be the best part of waking up.

Karen: Rosie, I just met the most incredible man!
Rosario: Are you sure you just didn't lean into the doorknob again?

    Wow,

between us we need to lose at least one whole person, what should we call him/her ?

Buffy - still giggling at 'freaking holy kack pants' :rotfl:

Still got time for another quick Baileys :j
  • I ignore my technical weight so long as I still fit into my jeans, however the muffin top is creeping over them so my goal is to take at least an inch off my non-breath holding, non-correct posturing, non-corseted, non-Spanx'd (I think that's all the cheat methods I know, if anybody has any more please share!) waist by Christmas. Pilates DVD now propped on desk where will see it tomorrow evening, along with a big post-it saying 'Wedding Party' for further motivation (next definite opportunity to see friend's cute flatmate).

Now I am off downstairs to hide the Dime bars and try to get to bed by 1 am for once, apparently a regular sleep cycle helps metabolism...

    Ossireo,

you are a star :T those quotes really tickle me. Shame about those soldiers' minstrels eh  .

Seriously though, I have to get rid of anything delicious / edible before tomorrow, I have no willpower :o .

Have never got to grips with meal planning as a means of saving money but am already thinking about what I can eat tomorrow & the day after...

  • Oh I love this thread!

I will go through the posts tomorrow to start making a running total for the weight loss thingy, if any one else wants to join just post it on here.

Lula, you need to finish that Bailey's by midnight- get cracking!

Osserio, loved those quotes! Loved Karen and Rosario, they were the best bit!

Rosa, we have lots of tips so far, melting food with water, destroying it with alcohol, combining Bailey's with sofa and biscuits, eating chocolate as it can't be posted etc, not sure how helpful they will be though! Have always been tempted by Pilates, apparently makes you look leaner, please let me know if it works and if it's easier than it looks.

Buffy, love "holy freaking cack pants" may use it as our weight loss slogan!
