i dont see a reason why not,
its still YOUR MONEY and if work dismissed you then put in a claim for unfair dismissal
doubt they would go that far though
also if your working why could you not control your credit?
you work for an insurance company with the bank and cant control your own funds,0 -

Yeah, I guess your right, i have been overdrawn a few times and lets not forget Martin has urged us to claim as far back as July2001 so there could be a few charges there for me.I no longer work for Natwest, I left in 2012. But i can't change my name..0 -
Hi, I was over the moon when I found the reclaim bank charges article and helpful letters. I got on and sent a letter to NatWest asking for details of all the charges on a joint account (no longer with my debt inducing husband) that has since been closed due to the amount owing. I sent that letter two days ago, tonight I get a heavy handed call from them that they now want to re-assess the payment agreement I have with them. Coincidence... I think not.0

I am around but I took the day off here yesterday because I was very much disappointed with a news article on MSE with regards to the OFT test case and posting while you are angry and frustrated does not help you to get back your money.
I've got a coffee with me this morning so will catch up on the posts today.0 -
Hi Natweststaffmember...
We only have the one account that we use...
Our mortgage arrears we are struggling to pay and council tax is in arrears and gas and elec is in arrears...
and they say we aren't in hardship...
Was there a minus?
Are your arrears getting worse, staying the same or getting less?0 -

Good Friday to you all, just wondered if anyone had any idea on the above? Sorry to go on about it. Think I'll reject the offer anyway
Furthermore, has the bank said that they will withdraw your overdraft in its entirety?0 -

Does anyone know if i can still claim for hardship bank charges?
I want to know if i am still eligible to claim or if my work will have a problem with it, or if they will find out.
NATWESTSTAFFMEMBER, could u claim for yourself if u were still working in the company?
thank you
any response appreciated.0 -

It is a coincidence and you should never credit the bank with more knowledge than is due. That would be a mistake, believe me.
I do not think that they will payout until the conclusion of the OFT test case based on what you have written above so far.0
