The debt is in dispute so they can get lost but go back to HBOS for the financial hardship element and do not reject any further offers but negotiate them if need be

Tell Blair, Oliver and Scott that the account is in formal dispute with the bank and that until the OFT vs. Abbey et al and the issues around it are completely resolved that you will not be offering them anything and that any case brought through the courts will be defended vigorously.thanks natwest staff member yes oringanal overdraft was for 1,250 the rest is charges made since i closed the account so what do i need to now is there a template letter on here or something
Furthermore, ask Halifax for an updated list of charges since you can update the claim. Is it on hold with the bank or county court?0 -

Hi
I claimed the bank back in 2006 and won, however i have just check my online account and in 2008-2009 they have charged me a further £1050 this does not include 2007. Has anyone every tried to claim the same bank again? What do you think my chances are? Its just me partners business has just go into liquidation and would be really handy.
