Has anyone every tried to claim the same bank again? What do you think my chances are?
Plenty have claimed twice. This time round you will have to wait for the outcome of the OFT test case for a refund, but that shouldn't deter you from making the claim now.

    Hi

I claimed the bank back in 2006 and won, however i have just check my online account and in 2008-2009 they have charged me a further £1050 this does not include 2007. Has anyone every tried to claim the same bank again? What do you think my chances are? Its just me partners business has just go into liquidation and would be really handy.

If financial hardship can be proved (e.g partner's biz problems) you might be able to claim it now.

    :)

There has to be more than just a lifestyle issue and there should be priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, councilt tax, utilities).

My wife has to work 55hours a week to meet our commiments and were on a DMP with the CCCS. Although most of our financial problems were solved when we started our DMP, my wife is still having to work 55hours in order to pay the Eclectric and others.
Can i claim Financial Hardship from the Hell Sadistic Bank China?

Are there any priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) not being paid off?

If it's HSBC then you need to write the letter on financial hardship, with schedule of charges/. complete one of their income and expenditure forms(keep copies, btw of all paperwork)
