I class it as her little pot of money for when she needs things but the bank might think it means I have 'savings' - should I close the account before sending the letter of including my statement of finance?0

Will clear her account tomorrow. Don't want to give them any excuse to get out of paying me back what is rightly mine!
I feel like I have been getting mugged for years and I finally get a chance to take my mugger to court :TDEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0 -
I helped a friend prove financial hardship, and Barclays wrote back saying "you will still have to wait until the test case is resolved". Its now with the FOS.
can anyone please help me, i need to know if im entitled to reclaim standard overdraft charges that are charged to your account every month for having an overdraft which is authoried at the minute they are charging me £15.00 per month.
im i also entitled to claim be the std charge of £12 that credit cards are charged these days0 -

With the FOS I think you have to write to them to add to the case as to how the hardship started, what has happened ie arrears and how the charges have impacted on them. You need to write that you are having to borrow money off relatives to keep your head just above the water. See whether the FOS will come to another decision but remember they may agree with the bank.
also i have a few credit cards, can i or cant i reclaim of the £12 charges they have charged me for.0 -

On the £15 per month, is it interest? Do you have an account with extras?0 -

How about i take this a step further because this has gone on for far too long. The banks had paid out till 2007 WHY Cos they were and STILL ARE IN THE WRONG. I See the Barclays charges have reduced since but not many other Banks following suit. Lets go to THE EUROPEAN COURT OF LAW and SURELY UNDER eu RULES & REGULATIONS THE HUMAN RIGHTS ROAD TOO.0

The paid out as a gesture of goodwill with no liability admitted. The reason they aren't at the moment is that they are in Court with the OFT over the matter which might get to the European Court of Justice. The WHY is that they weren't being sued by the OFT.
EDIT: don't get me started with Barclays cos their charges haven't been tested in a court of law.0 -
