    Hi All

Having been reading your daily threads for ages now and thought it was about time I joined you all. Hope you dont mind!

Will tell you all a little about myself.............well Im 24 and been married 10 months. Until we got married we both lived at home and well if Im being honest I suppose had everything done for us. BIG culture shock with the whole being grown up thing but we are having lots of fun! Have discovered a real love of baking recently (though Im not all that hot at it!)

Ok so my day today..........not great so far. Slept in, had a burbon biscuit for breakfast.......didnt make any lunch! Had to search through my clothes to find something that didnt need ironed..........seeing a pattern here of quite possibly the most un-organised household ever?! Into the bargain forgot to lift anything out of the freezer for dinner and currently wondering if I could just bung some sausages on the George Foreman and make some mash and onion gravy...........oh hold on dont actually know how to make onion gravy! Scrap that!! lol!!

Anyway hope you all have a fab day

    Linz xoxox
Its hard to wait around for that something you know may never happen, but its harder to give up when you know its everything you ever wanted.........

People tell me Im going the wrong way..............when its simply a way of my own!

You lot have been cracking me up all morning with pictures of cats and comments about boys and their toys!

Happy Birthday and congratulations to those who have news (Snowy and Ragz isn't it?) I will eat some chocolate instead of raising a glass if you don't mind (don't drink alcohol and Shloer is too darn expensive!), but if I can't stop eating it I promise not to blame you! :rotfl:

Haven't got much to say so I am off to find something to eat before attacking the garden!

    I've been Money Tipped!
    :hello: Morning!

    Happy Birthday Snowy:bdaycake: and
congratulations on getting the job  I will keep fingers crossed it becomes permanent.

It is getting quite hot outside now, just as well as i am washing out the blankets today. I have made a pint of yogurt in the thermos so will be making some eton mess for pud this evening. Chicken stir fry for dinner using up some of the bits of veg hanging around.

Lovely pics of cats today, i do miss my old girl though. Kathy your cat and the swimming pool made me cry with laughter which confused the puppy!

(((hugs))) to Mrs Mix, Jackie O, Jayward, Smoky and anyone else who could use one.

    Have a lovely day

    Catz x

CONGRATULATIONS SNOWY - will join you and Churchmouse tonight and help you celebrate with a glass of wine!!!

CONGRATULATIONS also to Mr Pooky, Ragz and Vicky A x

Ive sped read yesterday and todays threads and i know loads has happened that ive completely forgotton, so sorry for that!!

    :hello: Taplady and mrs mix

Troo - cant remember if you posted how your baby guinea pigs were doing? bet they arnt so tiny now!!!

Princess Pixiedust - i thought someone had stolen your avy yesterday on the comp board!!! Been thinking about asking for mine to be changed, i know its been noticed by someone i wouldnt want knowing all my details, so ive stopped posting on quite a few boards now because of it, wonder what/if i could change it too!!??

Went for DSs secondary school visit yesterday, and met his soon to be form tutor. She seems really nice, and most importantly able to control a class, which will be good for DS (he isnt naughty, but does like to talk and can be a bit of a class clown!!). He isnt with any of his friends from his school, but im not that upset about that, because 4 boys from his football team are in the same class and i like them a lot more than the ones at his current school - more importantly he is very happy, so that is what counts.

Today, i was meant to have the morning off, but one of the school children i pick up and take, has been bad with his asthma, so he has been with me this morning. Feel sorry for the little fella, he is ok, but doesnt really know what to do with himself as he is poorly. His mum is arranging for him to see a doctor later - just waiting for her to call me and let me know.

Im hoping she will collect him before 12.30, otherwise he will have to come with me as we have Sports Day today!!! He is well enough to come and sit with me, its just i think he needs his mum now - its not easy being 5 and not feeling well.

DS and DD are very excited about Sports Day, last year was cancelled due to bad weather and as its DSs last one, im so pleased its nice and can go ahead.

So, today ive not done much - i had a shower whilst LO had a sleep, and ive straightened my hair, something ive not done for ages - i regret having the perm last year, but cant bring myself to have it cut out, im used to having, and still like having long hair, its just mine is in such a horrible state now, but never mind!

Oh, i dont know if anyone can help me - ive posted on the travels board, but im still not sure - when we come to London next month i need to find somewhere to stay. Im thinking a Travelodge, and have had some good suggestions from the travel board, but i have no idea where they are, and im worried about booking one and finding its too far away from a tube station and we would be wondering the streets, not something i want to do with just myself and 2 children!!

Anyway, ive waffled on long enough - i hope everyone has a lovely day,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ragz, that's good news - are you going to double-check it's not a mistake (or it might end up being double the amount of worry..?!?) But that will be fantastic if it's definitely yours :)

Thankyou! I think it may well be a mistake in that the dates are wrong but overall they owe me about that much and if they decide it is wrong they will only deduct if from my next payments. As I have not had any money off them for months it will make no difference and all be the same in the end, plus I start my new jobs soon so we may get out of debt this year!
Doesn't mean I'll stop MSEing though! I have learned so much from all you OSers, thankyou all so much I love this site. Now must stop this and go tidy up and cook kids lunch.

bye all and hugs to everyone! xx

    Congratulations to Ragz and Snowy!!!:j :j :j :j :j

    Happy Birthday Snowy! :bdaycake: :bdaycake:

Have just taken a milk loaf out of the panny and washed a load of towels.

A large pot of soup is in the slow cooker, using up the broccoli, cabbage and french beans I had.

DD(14) finishes term today at lunchtime so taking her and her sister for a meal and the cinema.

I am still trying to do low carb so might go to Nandos as that would fit in with the plan.

DH has been sorting boxes to go in the garage we hired. It is local and much better than having to drive to Leeds every time.

Please try to take it easy if you can. I read your blog and I would not want a "clunder" either!

    GOOD MORNING AGAIN

I have slept for an hour and then went to feed the koi a very hard crust of HM bread and they loved ,,all you could hear was them slurping at the crust ,and me being a bit of a sadist put it crust side dowm, but they soon got it wet and soft and it was gone in no time,
It was skimming around the pond like a ??? (crust)
