Morning all, just finished making OH's packed lunch and morning coffee, better go wake up the lazy a%$e in a minute!
DS1 walks aroud with his hand permanently down his nappy at the moment, put dungarees on him but he still manages, any suggestions?
Ragz - it's a comfort thing - my DS still sits with his hand down his pants at night and he's nearly 5. Have you not noticed that men always have to have a fiddle?:rotfl: I think it's ingrained in them - I don't think you'll stop him unless you tie his hands behind his back!:DNST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Loving the cat piccies! What is it with cats and sinks? DS2's cat loves to sit in the bathroom sink especially when it's just been cleaned! Loved the cat in the loo - reminded me of when one of mine (long-deceased now) fell into a neighbour's swimming pool and you could tell that he managed to haul himself out before his back legs went in. He was soaked through to the bones on his top half and I have never seen a cat look so p****d off! The way he stalked around almost muttering under his breath and glaring at us as if it was our fault was priceless to witness! It was winter time, too, which didn't help his mood.
Churchie - sorry I accused you of posting a link when you didn't. My brain is on overdrive these days so I don't think straight for much of the time!
Thanks for the comments about insomnia; Jannyannie - I'm not depressed but I do feel under pressure what with DS2's wedding and a few other minor issues; I thought I was all relaxed and blase about it but, as it gets closer, it's keeping me awake at night. The poor best man is really losing sleep, apparently! It's such a responsibility, especially as DS2 chose him when they were 11 years old and now it's almost here!
Squiggly - that's exactly what I've decided to do; I've already phoned the non-repliers up and told them the cut-off date for reception numbers but if they can't be bothered and turn up on the day then that's their problem! We are going halves on the food with the bride's parents (they also have the same problem with a lack of RSVPs from a handful of guests and they have decided, like us, that today is the last chance!) It's only a few on each side but it is so annoying. Anyway, we have decided we're gathering the final figure tonight and paying for it all tomorrow. Then, it really will be too late and those who haven't booked their place will have to go to the local chippie or bring sandwiches!!
Well, I've changed the sheets and they're drying nicely on the line in this lovely sunshine. I've dusted and hoovered upstairs and thought I'd take a break on here with a coffee before I tackle downstairs. Then I'll go to the shops for a few bits and pieces.
It really is lovely here today and, apparently, it's 'set fair' for a good few days so I hope everyone is enjoying the same weather. Perhaps it's preparing a welcome to Donny-Gal so she doesn't go into shock when she has to leave the Spanish sun behind!
Oh, well, I've finished my coffee so it's time to go and plug that hoover in again.
Will catch up later.

Juliejim - you did make me laugh with your comment about men always having to have a fiddle! I asked DH about it once and he said 'it just needs straightening out now and again!' The mind boggles! Personally, I think they do it because it gets in the way - as in lots of things, they're not as tidy as us! I consider myself lucky - a friend of mine's husband is always scratching!

Just had letter from Housing Benefit they are giving me back payment of nearly a grand which will nearly pay off my overdraft!!!! (Think it may be a mistake but really don't care) I am so pleased as I was very stressed about money and have wedding to pay for (only costing a few hundred but still stressful).
