Just the first page will be fine - it includes mobile number, your name and address, which is all they need to identify your cashback claim

I go this when it was £1.99, and have received my first cashback cheque (1-2 weeks ago).
Oh, and i've been told by CPW numerous times that a copy is fine- cos they sometimes lose it, and won't send back!

sent copy of bill 4 (1st page only) 9th feb by recorded delivery - royal mail have no record of it being delivered on their website or via CS - emailed CPW on 20th feb and got text back 2 hours later confirming receipt - text yesterday saying claim validated and email today saying cheque raised and i should have it in next 14 days - i ahve 2 of these contracts and both have been exactly the same

my cashback cards to send in had their address andan incorrect postcode on there hence my first bill never arrived but sent another copy and now i have my cheque yesterday.

How long is it taking for CPW to send the cashbacks out ?

I've been waiting three weeks since sending my claim off...not heard anything yet ?

Just want a confirmation really on the cash back amounts. I bought the phon at £3.99 PM and I am supposed to get £68.54 on bill 4 and 8. However, they only sent me £45.69 for bill 4 and they have now told me that I will receive £45.69 for bill 8 and 12.

Anubody else had this? Instead of £68.54 for bill 4 and 8, I am now getting £45.69 for bill 4, 8 and 12. (Still adds to the same amount)
