I called e2save over two weeks ago, they said it would take 14 days, yet I haven't received my auto cashback yet (that was due from mid december)

I rencently sent off my 4th airtime bill and received my cheque back from them, however, it was for £45.69 but the amount should have been £68.54. CPW are really getting on my **** now. They have messed me about on my initial cash back and now they have short changed me on over £20. So if you do receive your cheque from your 4th airtime bill, make sure it's for the correct amount.something missing0

I was told by the recentely that the first bill was a connection bill and doesn't count as an airtime bill.... so always phone up to be 100% you are sending the right bill!0

I took it to mean 3 as in 3 Mobile redemption offer and left off the July bit.

Has anyone phoned up CPW to confirm that this is the 4th airtime bill?0

Is there a fax or email address that the bills can be sent to?0

Hi Everyone. Thanks for everybody who posted about their problems and help.
I bought 2 of these phones on 31/10/05. I have had no automatic cash back yet. I emailed them and on the 19th of January they replied with,
redempqueriescorres@cpwplc.com
to me

Dear Mr Smith
Thank you for your email, which we received on 13th January 2006. I appreciate your patience in awaiting a reply.
I can understand your concern about the length of time it has taken to receive your automatic cheques.
I have contacted the relevant department to ensure your cheques are raised. Please allow twenty one days for this process.
Due to a system error, your refund was not raised on time. I apologise if this has inconvenienced you.
If you need any more help, please reply back to redempqueriescorres@cpwplc.com or call our Customer Care Team on 0870 087 0168.
Regards

I tried to call them today and sort this out. After being asked to call 2 other numbers the person said all they could do was email somebody and call back in 10 days.
I am now VERY annoyed. They are going to get the Manager to call me. What else can I do? I have emailed the CEOs office. No response yet.
I will never get a phone from them again and I recommend everyone reading this does the same. They are crooks.
Can anyone out there help.0 -

Take them to Court - online with HM Court Service

I waited about 4 months for my auto chequeback (£130.05) and heard every excuse in the book. This process costs £30 but is added to your claim (plus interest on the money they owe you). Very simple process...
CPW Legal Department sent me a letter within 2 days saying they would pay up in full (which they have to, so no big deal there!) and that seems to be the only thing that has ever made them respond as I wanted....
Can supply further info if you like - PM me.0 -
Hi. Thanks for the help. I went to the web site to investigate making a claim, BUT. I live in Scotland and it states I need an address in England or Wales. Does anybody know if I can make a small claims action in Scotland?0
