Thought others might like to know the following:-
I've been in protracted correspondance with CPW, and even reached the "office of Charles Dunstone" as well as the corporate PR group with my complaints related to the delays in check-backs being issued (and some other problems I had). It would appear that CPW (internally) firmly beleived the agreements we signed upto involved giving us cashback after 60 days and not 28 days as per our legal on-line agreement.
They even sent me internal links saying 60 days .... fortunatly I had taken a screen shot of my contact when I signed up on-line that showed the initial cashback was after 28 days, as soon as I sent this proof - they appologiesed, and are now (apparently) dispatching the cheque imediatly.
Thought this explanation might clear up the problems we've all been having.0 -
Got my cheque today as well, after also complaining to the offices of Charles Dunstone.
However I got a different story to star1 :-
Quote :
"I do apologise for the delay in us sending you the cheque. I can assure you that the relevant Line Manager has been notified of this incident. We will be investigating the reason for the delay with this automated cheque and looking to prevent a similar occurrence"0 -
If anyone on the £3.99 per month offer (at the end of October) needs a link to the cashback deal it can be found here :-
http://media.phonehouse.com/mediaserver/servlet/AssetServer?id=386558&ver=2&RD=YES%2029/10/2005
I don't know why it says July 3 on the address for the redemptions because this is defiinitely the cashback offer for end of October.!
No doubt we are in for further confusion when we send off our 4th airtime bills in :mad:0 -

MoneyWastingMe,
In additions to Highets contacts you could also try the contacts in post no. 87 on the previous page.
I used the weblink to the Chief Executives office where you can send a message - they aim to reply within 48 hours. Give them as much info as you can - full name, address etc. They dealt with my complaint very efficiently through e-mails.
Good luck !
