I know I've not been around a lot but new job, car troubles, stolen mobiles and life in general have meant I've been rather busy! :)

Right, I've got a week off work as my childminder is away so thought I'd get started on my credit file clear up. Paying for the Experian report on a monthly basis at the moment so I can keep an eye on it. I've got the relevant paperwork from Experian to complete for my dissociation from my ex partner (who still hasn't managed to save for his BR despite intending to go first but no surprise there) so that's one step.

I've got most of the addresses for the creditors thanks to the sticky on clean up but wondered whether the address for clean-up of the Nationwide Visa entry is the same as for the Nationwide account, can anyone advise?

Also my Northern Rock entry was fine (default) but now shows a balance of £5, any ideas why it would have gone from 0 to 5?

    Thanks

I think they issue their own cards, so presumably yes.

Yes. :) Just a case off:

Default date must not be later than the start date of the TD

Satisfied date must not be later than the end date of the TD.

Do you know if the same rule applies for bankruptcy. Reason is that I have 2 defaults that were placed 6 months into my bankruptcy. Im wondering if I can write to them to (ideally) get it totally removed, or at least have it amended to the date of the bankruptcy standing. Do I have grounds for this? Thanks
