Does anyone know how we obtain details of the court we need to apply too for a certificate? My court is listed as the office of the adjudicator however this appears to not be a court on the directory ..so i am unsure where to lodge my paperwork.

Has anyone been successful with a credit card application to rebuild credit after having defaults marked settled post bankruptcy?

What certificate are you wanting, one to say your bankruptcy has completed?

If so, you apply to the insolvency service, not the courts.

Yes, at a guess many hundreds of thousands, time is a great healer, and there is always someone wanting your business post-bankruptcy.
