Sorry. I thought you meant you had lost those as well.
If you can find those (or get copies) then that will make it much simpler.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi guys, i really need some help!!
I sent my clean up letters off to all my creditors two weeks ago along with all the relevant information they needed to access my account and one of them has replied saying..... "they've been unable to locate my account from the details i provided"
Well i know the account number to the debt in question is correct because i've checked it three times over!!...the creditor is ...'LOMBARD DIRECT' (loans)
Could some one please confirm if the below address is the correct one for the DATA CONTROL OFFICER for Lombard Direct...
The Royal Bank Of Scotland PLC
36 St Andrew Square
Edinburgh
Midlothian
EH2 2YB
I used the link in the sticky to check the correct address and it confirmed it, but if any of you know different could you please give me the correct address to contact for LOMBARD DIRECT..
I mean the letter they replied to me with is headed RBS Natwest, Credit card operations!!!!!
I'm totally confused ..did i send the letter to the wrong address or are they trying to be funny and awkward.
cheers Mark.0 -

2) Write a strong reminder letter to Santander. Head it "Letter before action", and demand that they update the record. Also dispute the entry through the credit reference agencies for good measure, as that makes it harder for them to ignore.
Hi again, and thanks for your help!
How do i go about disputing the entry on Experian?
Cheers,

After I said some courts are able to help in these matters they went off to seek clarification and came back and said send in BR order etc. I have now written of letters to both courts and will post them recorded this afternoon.
I also emailed my OR and he said that is not something he has any control over so cannot help. He is genuinely quite helpful on other matters so don't think he is being lazy - just might not know or really think he can do anything. He suggested I write to creditors. I'll stick with the courts and see what they come back with.
Regarding the rest of the clean up I have written letters to all creditors to mark file as settled (as per template letter), most seemed to have the correct default date already but only one of them had £0 balance.
Lastly (for now!) I have written to all 3 credit reference agencies to have any financial association with my 19 year son removed from mine and OH's file.
All in all I feel that is a good day's work! I hope there isn't a queue at the post office!
I also received a letter from one creditor to say they will change my CRF to partially satisfied. This is one that wasn't registered with CRA but I needed to write to them because they still send me statements each month etc. and have ignored the fact that I was BR.

I've been reading through the forums as I went through my BR and am at the stage where I've received the main three credit files: Experian, Equifax and CC.
They are now all clean as I can see it but one of the entries in the Equifax gives me concern. It says:
Terms: 0 @ 0 Monthly.
Balances:
Limit: £1500
Start: £0
Current: £+1601
Effective dates:
Start: **/01/2003
Birth: **/**/****
Insight last updated: **/07/2008
Monthly status: ...................0000000000000000
The other account on this particular credit report has an end date and a current amount of £+0, so this one is giving me concern.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thank you in advance.

Is there anyone who can help comment on this? I'm having difficulty understanding it.
Thank you.0
