Bankruptcy Credit Reference File Clean Up - Discussion

I've just started sorting out my credit file and got my first one through the post today from Equifax. Everything seems quite straight forward, most have been marked correctly but there is something on there I've never seen before on a credit file (and I've requested loads in my time). At the end of the records for my current address there is something titled Property Valuation, it gives the Deed Date, Price Paid, Property Type, Tenure & New Build Yes/No. I rent my flat, so should this information be on my report? Is it something they now include as standard?
When I saw it I thought they thought I owned this place!!0 -

Seems to be something that they just include now. Has been on my last few anyway, and house is not in my name.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks fermi, I couldn't see how they would think it's mine but I'd not seen it before.0

Me again... got the final report through today and wanted to ask a couple of questions. So far I've written to Next, Halifax Card Services (Bank of Scotland) and Egg. On the Experian report I got today my Halifax current account is showing on there, it's the same address as the Card Services one, should I send another letter? I suppose they wouldn't have had my account number for the current account so I guess I should.
Also I had quite a big debt with HSBC, they sold the debt on at some point to some random, can't remember who, but now the name on the file is saying Tessera!! I can't find anything on the ISO website under Tessera, should I write to HSBC or use the address on the credit report for Tessera?
Thanks!0 -
could it be these?

if the debts been passed to them...then you'd need to write to tessera....I did the same after barclays sold some debts onto max recovery (wrote to barclays at first & they wrote back saying contact max)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

Nothing is ever simple is it...
I've received a response from Next today, saying that they have noted my request to update my status blah blah... but they now want proof that the debt was included in my BR.
"In the meantime I would be grateful if you could forward to me proof that the Next Directory debt was included in your bankruptcy petition as the information you have sent with your letter of 8th June 2009 does not include this. I am unable to update the account until you provide proof that the Next Directory debt was included in the bankruptcy."
Just checked through all the paperwork, the only thing I can send it the form I filled in, but then will they accept that one page or want the whole thing?!!0 -
Rather pathetic delaying tactic from Next.
If the debt existed at the time of your bankruptcy then it is covered by the bankruptcy regardless.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
