I have written all my letters, but can't find the address for t mobile, i have looked on the site which was recommened but it doesn't have any details for t mobile. Does anyone have the address pleaseMarried 09/09/090

Sky, they can only default the debts once, the date has to be no later than BR date, but can be anytime before, they can't change the default date. So they will leave the date the same but make the balances £0 and mark the debts satisfied, or partially.
If you leave the balances on there I'm not sure they would fall off after 6 years as there would still be an o/s balance, but I could be wrong about that.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Any secured debts that were wiped out by house repo (mortgage shortfalls): should the default date be the BR date or the date the house got repossessed (and created an unsecure debt) or the date the house got sold (when the shortfall amount was determined)????0
