In any case, it comes from the NWA website, underneath the booking with a confirmed status above so I don't see that NWA can claim to be unaware of the prices or any charges made.0

Dear Jetabroad customer
We are writing to you to update the status of your recent Northwest Airlines booking request.
A series of trans-Atlantic airfares, which Northwest released in the past 24 hours, have been filed through the global reservation systems without the inclusion of a fuel surcharge. Unfortunately, we have now placed a hold on issuing your tickets as we are required to check with Northwest Airlines on how they wish to proceed with these bookings. Your credit card has not been charged and we apologise for the inconvenience. For booking requests using PayPal, these funds will not be transferred to the airline until this issue is resolved.
We are working with the airline to resolve this matter and we would hope to have more information on the status of these bookings within the next 72hours.
Is this the end of this offer?

This email has really worried me. I booked through expedia so didn't get this email but my flights have all been confirmed. Would NWA been able to come back and say 'we're now going to add on the surcharged that was erroneously omitted from the price quoted'?
Hopefully they will honour the prices...won't really be able to afford with the surcharge on top!0 -
My credit card has been charged so as far as I am concerned contract is fulfilled. Should they request any further taxes etc then I would expect to be able to cancel at no cost.

Just checked on the NWA site and my flights too are showing as confirmed but no E Ticket number assigned.
Checked KLM too and it is showing the same, confirmed as this is a code share flight both airlines are confirmed so i think all is ok.
But this is a little confusing i must say!
ps i did in the end go through Jetabroad as the expedia site i was look at booking on had on the day changed its price structure.:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.

I emailed both Jetabroad and NWA about my reservation, as I had received the same email about holing the booking for 72 hours. I have yet to recieve a reply from Jetabroad, but NWA emailed me and gave me a phone number to call and confirm flights. I called, and spoke to a NWA agent who assured me that on thier side the booking is all fine and that she "didnt understand why tickets had not been issued". So it apprears that that for some odd reason Jetabroad are the ones holding things up not NWA. People who have booked through Expedia and BestFlights all seem to have thier tickets issued.0

Looks like im in a similar situation to you! great news to hear NWA say everything seems ok. Did you contact Jetabroad and tell them what NWA said everything was ok?

I did try calling Jetabroad but no answer...office closed. I have forwarded them the email response that NWA sent me together with what the NWA agent told me on the phone.
