Yeah it's strange how some people have their eticket numbers on nwa's site and others don't. I'm just going to ring them up tomorrow morning and see what they say if I don't get anything tonight.0 -
completely lost there open from 11pm tonight our time untill 12 midday tomorrow our time ...the reason they gave us for not having issued our etickets was they have not had the authority from northwest yet and they dont know when they will get it due to time difference etc ...But thats no good when they have your money ..didnt know they had took it till after phone call ..I asked why some folk booking after me got there tickets and i didnt ..she said every case is different and that 70 others are waiting the go ahead from northwest also !!0

I booked with Bestflights on Friday at 17:00. Money was finally taken from my CC on Wednesday. No etickets yet but from what others have said they seem to be doing the best they can. My attitude is to wait and let them process the tickets - they haven't anything to lose as NWA are honouring the prices. Why give them hassle, when we've got such a good deal?something missing0

Worried noe- Is the supervisor saying this or just the booking staff? The booking staff were just saying everything is fine with my booking- takes a few days to process it all etc!
I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow morning when I call them!

Not giving them hassle- just would like to know what's going on because they told me on Friday I would definitely have my etickets sent by Tuesday at the latest!0 -
I booked on Thursday evening and recieved my e-tickets this morning
.... although payment hasnt been taken from my account yet! *puzzled face* .... Now that NWA has agreed to honour all bookings everyone should be fine, although due to time-zones it might take longer than usual

I spoke to sales staff originally for a couple of days and they kept saying the same takes a few days to process but then i asked to speak with a supervisor and she eventually said there was a problem and they were waiting on authorisation from northwest before they could issue the tickets ..when spoke this morning they said could be another week or more yet they dont know ..But if you have eticket numbers on your northwest booking i dont think they need to send you tickets do they ?? I dont have eticket numbers yet so i dont know ...mine is still saying none on the northwest confirmation0

I know what you mean as the first time i spoke to them she said she was going off to do the tickets but then found out it was nonsense from the supervisor and she did not know why she said that...She said i will process and send them to you now and just print them and put in passport ..All she sent was an intenary of my flight times and nothing else ...Its when they start telling lies you wonder..At least jetabroad kept there passengers informed of happenings0 -
No idea- their original confirmation said that they will be emailing etickets so I assumed you need them! Plus I had the eticket numbers 5 days before they had taken payment.....
