Hey everyone was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on my current dilema. I purchased flights from heathrow to orlando for next may for £180 each through bestflights. i made the purchase on friday the 29th august. funds have been taken form my credit card this week. However i have not received my e tickets all i have is booking confirmation sent to my email from bestflights it contains a 6 letter reference number. Through curiosity i put this reference number into the nwa website along with my surname and all my details are there except e ticket numbers......................should i be panicking ?
I have emailed bestflights twice requesting e tickets but i have had no response, what should i do ? Any advice would be much appreicated .
One last question what teminal at heathrow would nwa be flying from ?0 -

Just to reiterate
As from this postIf you have an E-ticket number, (13 digit number )you are good to go.
If not then the seats are on hold until the agent issues the e-ticket.
Contact NWA. to check 08705 074074. But I think you'll find the seats are only on hold...0 -

I still have no e-ticket number showing beside my name on NWA website either. Not comfortable with having to print all that stuff off and show at the airport - all I can think about is getting turned away!
Might change my name to Worried Impius!

This is indeed the case. I had all the flight info coming up on the NWA website when I put in the reference number and could change my seating allocation etc and it even said confirmed for alll 4 flights but there were no eticket numbers and within one week of booking I was cancelled altogether with no warning.0 -
This just gets more and more confusing. Just spoke to Northwest and told them that I hadn't received my e-tickets and that Best Flights had said that my payment confirmation and itinerary from Sabre Travel would be enough to check in and the woman on the phone agreed and said if I wanted my e-ticket to speak to Best Flights direct. Should I just accept what she's saying about not needing e-tickets or follow it up?! Confusing!0

For Sabre booking references you may be able to confirm your tickets at the Virtually there web site
None of my references work on it as my ticket was issued on the Amadeus system

No they only have an Australian number. Think you're in the same boat as worried now who spoke to the supervisor and said that they are in the process of issuing eticket numbers.

cheers for the tip blindman just tried both but they dont work for me. I'm going to call bestflights see if they can shed some light on the situation0
