Booking flights from the Uk via US/Aussie Expedia Sites

It does seem I'm the only person that's posted on any site I've looked at that has been told in no uncertain terms that they will not be flying so hopefully it's just me that has been unlucky. I should make it clear that in my case no money had been taken. There was a pending transaction for the full amount shown on my credit card account for a week but they never actually took any money. It wasn't until after the pending transaction was cancelled (automatic after 5-7 days apparently) that they then decided to cancel my booking with no warning. I shall never use expedia again after this!

At least my Zuji flight to Florida seems to have come off ok! I wish you all the best of luck.

timmy thats unfortunate. the funds have been taken from my credit account which made me assume that is was a done deal.
anyway just phoned bestflights. they have stated that i can board the flight using the booking confirmation and the 6 letter reference number (yeh right!) i told them that i had already spoken to nwa and that they would not allow me to board the flight without a eticket number ( i told a porky). Then she said that the booking is in the process of being ticketed and that e tickets will be avaliable from tommorow.( what a u-turn) i ask whether they would then email me my etickets and she said no and that i would have to phone them tommorow to get them myself . hope this info helps

What does she mean no? Their actual confirmation email says that they will be sending out etickets and when I called them up a various points during the week they said they would be and there must be something wrong with my email address etc!
Oh and calling them up and getting them tomorrow is nonsense. They told me this morning that the ticketing department is shut till monday and they are the only ones who can send them to you.
Anyway, just keep checking nwa's website. As soon as you get your eticket numbers just call them up to confirm and it should all be fine. They said to me that you can just print out their eticket receipt for checking in.

gruffalo who did you speak to when you phoned ?? Was it the online booking section ?? or just the general call centre section ?? I have tried dealing with the same person since wed but does not always work that was...If only they all told the same story and were honest but a lot of them dont even know what there talking about its frustrating to say the least

I checked my trip at Checkmytrip.com

Blindman, did you book with Expedia? I've got my reservation details from NWA, with e-ticket numbers etc, but can't log into checkmytrip.com. Is the log in number the numbers/letters under the barcode on the NWA reservation page?
