Yeah i did phone and spoke to another supervisor ..She told me the tickets are definately in process of being ticketed and that should have them soon !! Told her needed to book my accom and she said go ahead thats fine ..She told me northwest got my money and they will honour the tickets ..Told her just phoned northwest and there still awaiting payment ..She said the american ones dont know as there special flights and i need to phone northwest reservations in aus and they will tell me all ok !! Trouble is she gave me a 1 300 number which does not work from the uk and she doesnt know the international number ...Anyways ..REASON for taking so long with tickets is there saying they have 300 of these flights to ticket plus all there normal day to day stuff to deal with ...Told her funny as last week it was only 70 ..Her ANSWER ...We thought there was only 70 but then we found a whole lot more hmmmm !!! just so strange but feel a bit more confident now that she has told me to phone northwest in aus to clarify the situation if i wish :j

Please be advised that your flights have been ticketed and payment taken. I have emailed you a copy of your itinerary that will act as your e-ticket. Please print out a copy of your itinerary as well as a copy of your booking and payment confirmation and present upon check in so that the airline can issue you with boarding passes.

my iteniary has been sent by sabre virtually there. NWA still shows "none" under eticket.
i suppose i wouldnt know an eticket if it came and slapped me on my face! is my intenairy my e ticket or should my eticket be a sequence of numbers. should i carry on pursuing bestflights for my eticket number?

I had the same e-mail from Leigh and rang NWA who confirmed that this would be sufficient but still nervous!

Your eticket number is a 13 digit number.

I personally would want eticket numbers from Bestflights. Did they say that you have to wait a while for them to process everything and then you'll get them?

no they didnt say anything about waiting until they processed everything i just got the email i posted before.i think i will email them and ask for the 13 digit number.

i think im in the same boat as impius i dont want to turn up at heathrow with bit of paper and no eticket especially since im traveling all the way from edinburgh

well I have eticket numbers and I booked with Bestflights so hopefully you should get them too!

You also need an eticket number also ..The first person i spoke this morning told me hopefully have the numbers by friday and i said no way thats not acceptable ..But northwest have told me you also need the eticket number

Could someone tell me which number to call for NWA and the access number as well please? I am using 0844 2009595 and 1 800 number but not getting anywhere.
