completely_lost your right you do need a number ..Thats what im pushing for just now aswell but goodness knows when i will get them !! its a waiting game ..As i said they told me they had 70 bookings now telling me they have 300 as they found more they did not know about !! But supervisor told me there waiting on eticket numbers from the ticket agent and will email them as soon as they get them ..Thing is with the itenary i got that away last week but stands for nothing without an eticket number ...Impius did you tell northwest you dont have an eticket number ?? As everytime i have phoned them they told me i needed this to fly or its a no go :mad:

SCA the number i use is 00195 282 92059 thats the customer service department and just ask to be transferred to whichever department ...this is an american number though

finally got mine from bestflights after i phoned them#
lot of seats already booked up when i reserved my seats

also one thing what if u miss connections due too delayed flight do they just get u on next one at no extra cost

Yes NWA contract to fly you to your destination. So if your inbound flight is late and you miss your connection they would put you on their next available flight

I suggest you phone them emails are hopeless and 9 times out of 10 they dont even mail you back ..I have been on phone to them all week and got nowhere still ..Its a joke ..Just worrying as reading about others whos tickets have now been rejected with other sites

Your so lucky im still waiting on my eticket numbers !! They reason they gave me yesterday with taking so long for it all now is that they thought they only had 70 bookings to ticket but then found another 230 !!! ...All bull i think but in the meantime they have my £600 so hoping and praying it all goes through :mad:

worried_now im in the same boat as you if thats any comfort, i emailed bestflights yesterday and have had no response im going to call them tommorow to see if i get lucky like felix65.

i was wondering ppl is it possible that i have not got my eticket because my departure date is some time away (may09) and that they will allocate and give me an eticket nearer the time, let me know what you think?
