has anyone had their flights cancelled by bestflights?0

ive just phoned bestflights, they have said that the bookings are in the process of being ticketed. i said that this is not the case as an email that they sent me stated that tickets were already ticketed. The Bestflights advisor said that he wil email the person who processesd my booking and requet them to email me my 13digit eticket number as soon as possible.0

I was on the phone to them this morning too ..They told me nothing wrong with my booking but tickets were with the ticket agents which were not part of them and they would be with me as soon as done ..Northwest have told me there is no ticket numbers as my booking has not been processed completely at bestflights ..Gruffalo do you ever feel there giving us the runaround ?? :mad:0 -
runaround!!! theyre taking the p***. i want to book and make plans for the rest of my holiday but dont want to do so until ive got my etickets just incase things go belly up ! this is so frustrating.0

I have already missed out on villa i normally use ..My friend had somebody else wanting to book the same dates so was pushing me to confirm ..I told her i was too scared too and told her to give to other person as was not fair her holding on for my booking ...Its just a nonsense ..The woman i spoke to today her parting words on the phone were dont worry about your ticket you dont go till dec !!! I thought what a cheek !! i was dealing the other day with the woman who runs the department and guess what shes on holiday now till the 17th so the next person in charge is called andrea but she was gone when i called so might phone her in morning !! i have had enough now its not fair the way there treating us :mad:0

its so hard not to worry or panic. My fear is that i dont want to be in the situation where people have had their bookings cancelled because it took to long to ticket. through no fault of my own i would lose out because they have taken far to long to do thier job thats what frustrating. Also my son is looking forward to going on holiday i dont want to let him down. if they cancel my booking im not in a position where i can book flights at full price. the only reason i booked was because for £180 each london to florida was too good to refuse .
ive just composed an email to bestflights asking them politely to pull thier finger out, stop misinforming thier customers and to give me my god damn etickets im not holding my breath though, they probably wont even reply .0 -
I know what you mean ..My daughter is only 5 and have not told her were going ...I wanted it to be a surprise so kept it to myself which is just aswell ...Hopefully they will get back to you ..But i wont hold my breath ..I have sent them loads of emails now and had 1 reply out of all ..They told me there was no point in replying as they dont have an update for me which i think is extremely cheeky !!...If you want to phone in the morning ..You could aske to speak to andrea she starts work at 1am our time and she is in charge just now while manager is on holiday !!0

thanks for the tip i think i might speak to andrea. my son has just turned 6 and by eves dropping found out were " going to go on an areoplane" does not know yet that were going to disney , dont plan to tell him yet ...........i wont hear the end of it.0

Your better maybe phoning 006 1892 2273 380 thats the direct number for the online booking department ..Mind you they all give different answers ..I have had my fill of excuses with them ...I am close to going mad ..But they might just put my booking to bottom pile if they have not done so already :rotfl: you going for 2 weeks ? any ideas where your wanting to stay when there ??0 -

ive never been to florida so ive no idea about anything. i dont want to stay at a disney resort but rather i would like to stay in a hotel close to the parks. nothing posh just the basics. disney and some much needed retail therapy are the reasons we're going. Were in florida for 10 days if youve got any florida moneysaving tips please do share0
