Booking flights from the Uk via US/Aussie Expedia Sites

hey ppl ive just called bestflights and this is what i was told...........Your booking is with an outside agency that ticket the bookings. There is no rush for me to obtain my tickets because im traveling in May ( cheeky B******)
When the outside agency do eticket i have to phone bestflight to request that they email me my etickets. They have no idea as to when i would obtain my etickets as the outside agency are experiencing delays due to a high volume of bookings. The outside agency can not be contacted and they dont have an incoming telephone line.
i spoke to someone called PINOCCHIO!!!

At least now they are acknowledging that we need eticket numbers and have stopped fobbing us of with the line " your booking and itenianry is your eticket"

Rubbish about the phone line ..I asked for there number yesterday and they told me they dont have a number for the public ..only for there own use !! ..You would think with all the lies there telling they would at least have a team brief and be consistent with each other ..Does not look good when there all telling different stories and does not give people any confidence !!

Right just checked my booking on northwest site and my eticket numbers are there now !! at last so hopefully things are moving on now ..

Just 10 minutes ago I was considering calling them to cancel and book tickets double the price.....glad I didn't now!

I was looking at tickets for myself before too but because im going over xmas tickets are really expensive !! virgin wanted over £1000 each for tickets ...Its shocking ..Did you get accom sorted yet ?? Villa i normally book is gone !! I told my friend to give to another person who was enquiring as did not know what would happen ..Only told her yesterday im kicking myself now !!..Nevermind will find something else easily enough :T

Not got accomodation sorted yet. I'm going to New York with my dad so I'm gonna give priceline a try and see if we can get a good deal through them. So happy just now, looks like the stress worrying about these tickets has been worth it! Enjoy your trip to the states :beer:
