    You will definately get them ..Perhaps in the morning ...Do you know thinking back to this morning ..Girl on phone told me the paperwork was all sent to ticketing last night before boss went on holiday said it was the emails she sent to keep on ticketing agents backs so they would hurry up and get moving ..Now do you know i have been thinking today it would not surprise me if she had meant everybodys paperwork only went for ticketing last night ..As when jetabroad had this problem they all had there tickets over a couple of days after going to ticketing !!...Just keep checking if not by the morning when you get up i would be right on that phone ...They Prob ticketed me first to get me off there backs !! I really harrased them to get everybodys tickets sorted :mad:

  • I have not had great nights either but will sleep better tonight ..Its no good the way they mess people about either its totally shocking !! But hey they dont care...There customer service is really poor ..I would never use them again !!

    Im so so glad ..Hope gruffalo has got his sorted out now also ...I also got an email this morning from leigh at bestflights thanking me for my patience and told me admin would email me my tickets this afternoon ..First email have had from them ..Apart from the ones i had yesterday advertising flights :confused:

    Hi guys

    Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. I have a quick question which I'm afraid is slightly off topic but I just need some quick reassurance. I booked through expedia.com.au but since the confirmation of booking when I first booked, I have received nothing form them (ie no email with etickets etc). Now I DO Have 13 digit ticket number through Expedia when I check, and I can see my flights on NWA/KLM sites so am I ok even though I have not been emailled etickets from Expedia?

    Also, I only have one ticket number for the whole journey (4 legs in total)...is that correct?

    Sorry for the silly questions, never used etickets before! I've emailled Expedia but, surprise surprise, no response!!

    Scroll down the NWA/KLM page and you should see a section e-ticket ... (mine has my name then e-ticket next to it) .. does the e-ticket contain anything ...or do you have a blank space?

    When I check through NWA there is passenger name, then an e-ticket number and below is my itinerary. Is this correct?
    I was just worried that I only have one e-ticket number. Also a bit concerned because it was ticketed almost the instant that I booked which I though coulen't be right considering that everyone else is having so many problems.:confused:
