Worried_now- sorry you haven't got your tickets yet. I do think that you will get your tickets but it's going to take them a while to sort everything out going by the number of bookings they have.

No I doubt this is the case because if you booked directly with NWA they would give you eticket numbers. What time did you book your ticket? I booked mine at 9.30am which might have something to do with them processing it quickly?

Yeah that's probably it then as I booked mine at 9.30am on 29 August.

Nothing to do with what time you booked ..I booked on fri 29th at 11am but have since spoken to people who booked at least 12 hours later and received within 24 hours ..So there is no rhyme or reason to it all ..And as for bestflights its been one lie after another ..If only they could be honest about things ..Nodoby else has took this long to process there tickets ..Its just getting worrying now and some filtering through from other companies who have had flights cancelled as agents took so long to ticket but who knows .... fingers crossed

I've been watching this thread with interest over the last week. I'm in the same boat as many others - still waiting on etickets

I booked my tickets on Friday 29th at 4pm for flights departing on 13th November and still waiting for those tickets so I can book my accomodation. I've spent time calling/emailing bestflights who have been pretty poor customer service wise. On the phone they gave me false info saying I only need the confirmation number, a receipt for payment and photo id to check in. By email, they took days to reply but eventually acknowledged that I DO need an eticket and that I should have it by today (which I don't).

I've exchanged emails also with nwa.com who have actually been very quick to reply and always with correct info. They did say that if I haven't the tickets within a few more days that I could try calling KLM in their London office on 08705 074074 who may be able to help. I've not yet done this but I'm gonna try and be patient and wait til Friday before doing so.

It's good to see that several others are now getting their etickets through (better late than never?) and I just hope it works ok for the rest of us.

Im waiting to book accomadation too and even though been told it will be ok ..I would rather have my ticket numbers before hand ..I want to order some of my dollars also but on hold until this is all sorted out now ..I hope its sooner rather than later with it all now...

some people having booked through the initial expedia link have had problems and ended up with no flights.

Can you let me know where it says this as i booked through them also but cant seem to find any info about people not getting them? Well apart from one guy on hotukdeals.
