  • I agree! at first i was pretty annoyed with jetabroad, but looking back they where the only company who actually told us what was happening! i have just sent them a little "thank you"



    That was nice of you to do that ..And im just hoping all the bestflight customers get the same outcome ..Although she assured husband again we would get our tickets but she did not know when !! The thing thats annoying me now is they did always tell us the booking would be ticketed before they took payment but thats not happened ..They have took the payment now but no tickets :x

    worried now- did they ever check on their systems to see if your booking had been ticketed. Apparently mine had been ticketed on Monday, took money out on Wednesday but still no email with the etickets. I will be calling them up tomorrow if I don't receive anything overnight as it's now been a week!
  • I have just noticed a thread on flyertalk about "bestflights" a guy on there says he has the contact details of the BF supervisor and to PM him if you want them.   • completely lost I dont know what they do ..Husband has been phoning them every day ..Luckily with sky talk and calls free ..They just keep telling me there waiting on authorisation from NWA to issue the tickets and that could take a week maybe more ..I think they must be using pigeon post !!!... Anyways i was always told by them that they only take the money was tickets issued but have money taken today and no tickets ..Have you not got ticket numbers on your northwest confirmation slip ?? worth trying there to see :(

  • waiting on authorisation from NWA
    I would call NWA and ask the reservation dept what the "hold up" is ... and ask if they have actually recieved your payment. The people i spoke to at NWA where very friendly and helpful so they should be able to help :)

  • I have tried reservations a few times and they just keep telling us bestflights have not finished the booking process..but bestflights told me they would not know as it is all being dealt with by head office and we have to appreciate theres another 70 people waiting for an outcome also ..And takes a while as time differences etc blah blah blah

    worried now- yes eticket numbers appeared on nwa and klm's website as on Friday about 2 hours after booking.

    It's just frustrating how they are telling different people different things!
  • It is very strange ..if you have eticket numbers your fine ..I think you can download them from there ?? Im not 100% sure though ..all i know as they have took my money and not got tickets and had told husband it could be another week they just dont know !! And also not kept people informed have also sent numerous emails too but they said they dont know why they havent been getting them !! Im hoping all going to be ok in end ..As i said before can go with northwest itself through there site for £250 more but think all will be ok ..And besides they have my money !!
  • Just to give some of you who booked with bestflights hope

    I booked on Fri, and upto today had heard nothing altho the money seemed to be pending from my account, and on the NWA and KLM site my confirmation of booking was showing (even though on the NWA site it says no e-ticket number) - Flying Manchester to LA 2nd Feb - 16th Feb

    Then today at midday Best flights debited the correct full amount from my account, so fingers crossed touch wood and all that, Im not counting my chickens yet, and probably still won't believe it until i actually get on the plane! :confused:
