If you have eticket numbers then your booking is cast iron confirmed. You first have a reserved booking, that is when you can look at it on the NWA website using your 6 digit alphanumeric booking reference, but you will see that there is no eticket 13 diget number showing. Once the money is paid to NWA and they accept the booking, that is when you get the eticket number, then you are good to go.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

For any expedia passengers still worried, just to let you know that I have checked in for my morning flight to LAX. Also spoke to KLM just to confirm that I have an exit row seat. Very friendly, and very helpful.

    Next stop LA! x

All systems go for jetabroad customers. Received my confirmed booking and etickets this morning. They have been pretty good over this, keeping us informed. As a smaller company than Expedia I guess they were just covering their backs. Also the nice 15% hotel discount voucher as well don't forget.

  • Hi stoneman you will be so glad of this ..If i had not kept phoning bestflights i would be no further forward ..They never even informed any of us what was happening !! Its only cause we demanded to speak with supervisor on wedensday there that we found out !! Which to me thats terrible customer service ..We were also told on several occassions the tickets would be issued then they take payment ..But they have took the payment this morning from my account but told husband this morning we definately will get the tickets but dont know when if only he had checked bank before phoning but he said he didnt think too as was told they couldnt take the money until tickets were issued !! when your payment came out can i ask who it went to ?? Just that noticed with expedia the money went to northwest direct but mine has went to bestflights ..Im starting to worry now ..But glad you all got sorted :D

I agree! at first i was pretty annoyed with jetabroad, but looking back they where the only company who actually told us what was happening! i have just sent them a little "thank you"

    Dear Jetabroad
Thats great news! Thanks for all your help in getting the flights processed! Its the first time i've booked with jetabroad.com i'll definitly use your company again and recommend your site to others!

    Kind Regards

That was nice of you to do that ..And im just hoping all the bestflight customers get the same outcome ..Although she assured husband again we would get our tickets but she did not know when !! The thing thats annoying me now is they did always tell us the booking would be ticketed before they took payment but thats not happened ..They have took the payment now but no tickets :x

I think you will, after talking to NWA "several times" they seem to be aware of the "price issues" and plan to honour all the bookings! ... i dread seeing my phone bill! :( lol
