No news from OZ so i have just sent a efax to them stating this.

Its been some time now since my booking and i do understand there to of been a problem but i am looking for an update as it seems to of gone quiet from you.
I have spoken with NWA and they state they know of no reason why you should of witheld payment for our tickets and dont know why you havent issued the tickets. Although they are aware of a possible price issue.
It is now two days since your last contact and almost eight days since the booking. According to your website the reviews you show are all about how helpful you are and how the customer comes first.
Now can you please demonstrate some of this help and customer first service with an update and show us why you consider yourselves to be a customer first buisness.

Repy to my faxWe have some good news and some not so good news with respect to your Northwest
Airlines booking. The good news is that we have received this morning a verbal
confirmation from the airline that they will honour the original ticket price
supplied to Jetabroad and displayed to you, despite the fuel surcharge pricing
error.
The not so good news is that Northwest Airlines was to follow-up their verbal
confirmation with a written notice to Jetabroad and its customers that the original
ticket price is valid and will be honoured. As of close of business today we have
still not received the written notice. We are sharing this development with you so
that you have as much information as we do and to facilitate your travel planning.
We would suggest you wait until tomorrow as we do expect to receive the written
notice shortly. As per our previous emails, we understand if you wish to cancel your
booking and make other plans. Otherwise we will continue to hold your booking until
we receive the written notice from Northwest Airlines. Once we receive this notice

I booked with bestflights on friday and had nothing yet ..have phoned them all week and been assured everything fine ..still nothing today so demanded to speak a supervisor who has admitted there to be a problem but did not say what and does not know when it will be sorted !! said there waiting on confirmation from NWA head office in minneapolis to issue tickets..At this stage i dont hold out much hope of getting mine now...In a way i admire jetabroad for being honest if i did not keep phoning bestflights and demand a supervisor today i would be no further forward now which to me is sneaky !! She told me there is another 70 passengers waiting like us also :x0

No i think its a shade early to start celebrating but then i also say its a 99% a sure as sure can be now.

Worried_Now- I also booked with bestflights on Friday morning and have called them up twice as I haven't been emailed my etickets.
They assured me everything is fine and that my booking has been ticketed. This may well be the case as when I look on NWA and KLM's websites I have eticket numbers listed. They also finally took payment from me this morning so I am hoping that they are slowly sorting through this mess.
If Jetaboard and Expedia are having their bookings honoured then I see no reason why Bestflights shouldn't!

I have E Ticket Nos
I have both KLM and NWA confirmation nos
Northwest have received payment from my bank
I am presuming now that I am all OK. Should they ask for any further monies at check in then there will be some stirrings. But I doubt very much they will tbh.Good manners cost nothing -Bad manners cost friends !Murphys No More Pies member #2130
