    I'm so sorry that you probably wont get your money back, and for anyone else that paid this way, or who paid it more than 120 days ago.
    I 'should' get mine back, but I'd just like to say that I will help support you if you decide to take things further. I'll gladly provide all of my details etc.

    I'm in the same position as you (paid by Maestro), the bank are refusing to help, the liquidators, when I spoke to them today, said it is very unlikely I will receive anything. The bank said to try my home insurance, which I need to look into. I've also thought about Citizens Advice. Where are you upto with all this?
  • hi everyone, i am so angry at these fraudsters my blood is really starting to boil now, this has caused me a lot of stress and worry, as it has caused all of you guys also. We have bills to pay, kids to feed its not fair i wish these fraudsters nothing but misfortune and misery. I have been in on the watchdog website and reported it this morning. I also got in touch with the police but they said that if the company has truly gone into liquidation then it is no longer a criminal matter. It becomes a civil matter instead. So if they really have gone bankrupt then they have got away with it. So now i do think they are undergoing liquidation, but these crooks have gone bankrupt on purpose because they knew that they could run off with our money and that the law could not punish them for it. Makes me furious.
  • haq72....hi there..These names you have, are they definitely real names, I have a feeling that the thieves have made these names up ..and the address...do yu have any idea if there is anybody at this address or is it a fake address they have given again....if anyone on this thread lives anywhere near the leicester area and can pay a visit please let us know if they are really at this address. Also everyone, do you think we should set up something , a petition or something so that those of us that have been told we wont get our money back may stand a chance of getting something back? I dont know, you guys let me know what you think, I feel badly for us all

    I ordered £700.00 worth of furniture from their Loughborough warehouse in mid July, in person, and paid a deposit of £100.00 (by credit card for safety).

    I have had a couple of delivery dates come and go and was told last friday that my furniture was now in stock, but their credit card payment machine had broken, and I would have to pay in cash before delivery - yeah right!

    I declined the kind offer to pay cash and called the 01509 number again on Tuesday to suss them out further.

    I was told I was now talking to the new manager (as the previous one had been sacked) and he gave me a personal guarantee that I would receive the furniture this Saturday but as it was unlikely the card machine would be fixed it would be cash on delivery.

    That is how it has been left, I wonder if my furniture will show up with ready cash as a lure.

    Do I accept it if it does?
  • Just been reading all about this, I'm in the same situation ordered dining room furniture and paid by visa maestro. Should have been delivered two weeks ago. I am prepared to go along with everyone in getting this sorted and hopefully getting our money back.
  • I very much doubt it will surface. They attempted one last time to fleece you out of £600., but failed.
    The machine wasnt broken on friday as I paid that way on friday pm.

    We really need to be pro active on this, stick together and help those who will not get refunds like Choirboy and Clairyvonne.
    Perhaps set up a group?

  • i have just been back on their website and it now says at the bottom 'for further query please contact 0116 2531699.' I personally think they keep sending us these messages because they are enjoying it, they are sick they are loving the fact that we are worried and in a panic
  • dolly rocket...i also cntacted watchdog this morning and i urge everyone to do the same, Ii am more than willing to do whatever it takes with all the rest of you guys to try and retrieve our money. itlooks as though i have also lost my money as i paid with my solo switch card
