So use you the one as above, miss out the milk powder but use the butter, and do not add anything to replace the milk powder, and they turn out great??? Have I got it GR?
Yes. We use butter, a bit less water and no milk powder. Otherwise it's the same.

Have to admit the first time I made the pizza dough recipe I thought it looked a tiny amount and not enough to make a decent sized pizza for my piggy family

I thought so too and after leaving the dough on the baking tin for a while it just grew and I ended up with 2 large pizza bases!
  • thanks everyone:beer:

    will give it a try.

also going to try making the french sticks dough as well and making garlic bread.
  • Has anyone tried doubling the quantities to make 2 large pizzas for a little party? if so how did it turn out. I also wanted to share with you that I made a mistake and used a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon of sugar and the pizza dough turned out great.

  • well I tried it... the dough came out of the BM like polyfill!!!

very hard to handle.. I had to get more flour to shape it.

And trying to get it off my hands and clean the BM was a joke... however it tasted far better than the handmade dough.

Thanks for all you help.

I have made 1 successful pizza base using my panasonic bm, however, I have since made 2 flat pancake pizzas. I forget how long I need to prove the dough before I cook it in the oven. Anyone have a successful pizza and have a time I could try?
