There must be a (hopefully) valid reason why you were unable to make a payment in November. Time to get your thinking cap on?0 -

Because Co-op don't accept FP's (or at least my sort code didn't), let alone send them, I found myself depositing cash each month and then immediately sending it on...still took 4 days though!Co-operative Bank 1 ....................... 0 LongTermLurker0 -
I don't get it - surely by making three deposits of £800 in separate months you meet the T&Cs?
SuzeLongTermLurker wrote: »Um, in the first post, it says the offer was "pay in £800 for 3 months and get £100 credit". I've just checked the leaflet in post #47 (I think) and it says "pay in £100pm and you'll be credited by 22 December".
As I only made the 3 payments (bugg'r!) I've just been told I don't qualify, and now I'm really embarrassed for not reading and understanding the Ts & Cs

Sorry pal, still no comprendo!
Maybe it's LTL's predicament I'm reading wrong and not the T&Cs? From what he says, he did pay in £800 a month for three months? Was it not a new account or something?

The offer T&C's themselves don't mention only paying in for 3 months...the inference (sorry LTL!) being you should continue until you've received the £100.0 -

Oh, I see! I must just have been lucky then - I only did three payments, although I can't remember what months they were in. I think they were in September, October and November.
SuzeLongTermLurker wrote: »That's right - the Ts & Cs say you have to pay £800 in each month, not for 3 months. I did the same as Suzey and assumed the 3 months requirement was correct without reading the leaflet properly - my fault!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Savings & Investments, Small Biz MoneySaving and House Buying, Renting & Selling boards. OH rang to chase up his unpaid incentive today (he was told on the 10th Dec that he was entitled to it and it would definitely be paid by/on 22nd Dec. Fobbed off with their stance that the problems originate from the marketing department and not the branch. But no answer as to when problems will be sorted and incentive paid! Also told they will contact in the new year to update him. I think after Christmas/New Year will call into branch and see if they can help any further.0
