    My experience of CEX has not been so great, i sent my mobile phone off to them over a year ago for recycling and was expecting a cheque for £54. I never recieved the money or my phone back, i have emailed several times and phoned and phoned but just got fobbed off. I have even used the special email address posted on this forum. I got a reply which said they were sending me the cheque but it never arrived. Can't speak about their other services but my advice would be avoid them at all costs for recyclng unless you want to be ripped off!! A shame really when we're all trying to be a bit greener and save money, with these guys you won't do either.

    To be honest, I haven't dealt much with CEX however from what people have posted on here it sounds terrible! Cheques keep bouncing? Staff not being paid?

    I normally use BlueCrisis.com to buy and sell my games. So far everything has been good. All my games have worked fine that I have bought (they offer free delivery which is never a bad thing), plus their cheques have cleared!

    The only downside is that they don't have telephone support but I have received a reply to all my emails by the next day.

    p.s. anyone played Dead Space? It's a must!! :beer:

    They always seem to have "run out of" cash by the afternoon. I have a brand new piece of software and it's not on the system yet...still waiting so I can get rid of it and earn a few pennies!!

    i got messed about by them just yesterday!

    i took a camera and 2 phones in they said they will need to be tested come back in hour and a half went back and said none of them passed!! one phone was a samsung omnia in perfect working condition just to complacated and i wasnt getting full use out of it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr was so angry afterwards:mad:
