Celyn, I am so sorry, how awful! What a nasty man. My ex tried to tell me I needed professional help, but doesn't even begin to compare with what you must have gone through. (((hugs))) Sounds like you are well shut of him. My self worth was shot to sh*t when I left my ex, but I built it up again, with time and much support from good friends. You will be able to do that too, eventually, these things take time but when you manage to overcome them you end up all the stronger for having mastered it...hope this is sounding right, it doesn't seem to read as it sounds in my head (no I don't hear voices in my head;) )hthGE 36 *MFD may 2043

Evening all
I've made this before and it's yummy - more of a cake than a bread, or teabread i suppose.
Had a good day today.....busy and productive which I like. I think it slows down a bit now until the end of the week.
Going to catch on the rest of the thread now.

Evening All,
Welcome to all the Newbies.
Hugs to those in need, Celyn, winniepooh, DonnyGal, Aussie, PenPin, candygirl, stefejb, squiggly, hhester and anyone else who would like one, there are plenty to go round.
Catowen, hope you get some more work soon, do you get a retainer when your LOs are poorly, I have to pay a retainer for my DS when he doesn't go.
Dazi, good luck with the interview tomorrow.
r.mac, glad your hormones have settled down a bit now and you are managing to eat, look after yourself.
Grannybroon, hope you are feeling better too.
Haribo and Pink Winged - hope you are ok and just busy doing stuff. Haven't seen you for a while.
Well I finally finished the course from hell on Friday, wasn't too hopeful that I passed cause my books didn't balance, pretty important if you want to be an accountant! But I got the results today and I got 91% :j so I am very happy.
Am on a course this week but it is learning the computer system to replace the manual system I have just learnt for the last 2 weeks! Very laid back, but hot, we are in a classroom with 15 plus computers and printers, no air conditioning and wearing lovely boots and uniform - not pleasant to say the least!
On an OS front have been busy using my Remoska over the weekend, jacket potatoes are a dream in it, and don't get me started on frozen oven chips - yum! I have the recipe book and when I move and have a couple of weeks off work I shall experiment some more. Will keep you all posted!
Right off to empty the washing machine.
Take care one and all.

Evening Guys!
OH still not good! He popped to the PO earlier and came back and went to bed and has been there since apart from eating. I still have a temp and feeling a bit rough but okay.
Dinner was Tacos, rice and salad. Our cupboards are starting to look a bit bare but glas we are using food up that has been in there for ages.
My helper was here this morning so she did some stuff for me that OH couldnt do today.
All food together for holiday...just need perishables when we get there. Still need to pack but are taking minimum clothes as there is a WM there and have the wheelchair in the boot so space is quite limited.
Not stopping long as Im so tired.
Hugs
PP
