Anyone had any success with their case through Otelo yet, would be helpful to know if we may have a reasonable case.
When I called them to check progress I was told "it's coming along nicely"!!,has been about 5 weeks now and am dying to know if it may go my way.
I just spoke to Otelo yesterday they told me they know what happening and are gathering evidence, well i think it coming and it not going to be a smack on the wrist.

I've another 3 weeks before Otelo will take my case due to 3 not giving me a deadlock letter.

I did but it also said that this was not a deadlock letter, although it sounded like it.

yup, mine said it wasnt a deadlock letter as there was no dispute to be in deadlock about, then ended it was their final position in the matter therefore making it a deadlock letter ???? another 3 mind game ....
