Three Itemised Billing Charges (merged threads)

Just go my latest bill.
It says eBills = freeBills
If you want to avoid being charged £1 a month for receiving your bill by post (which starts on 20th october, eBills are the way forward as they're completely free.
Oh thank you so much 3. You're not getting an extra penny from me, so eBills it is. I could have easily missed the notice as I usually only look at the total and would have been fuming next month when I saw the extra charge.0 -
You can also have a paper summary bill (ie not itemised) through the post free.0

I read it out to the otelo employee and he said that it wasn't really a deadlock letter.....3 keep refusing to send me this, i agree with you that it sounds like deadlock but above it was the this is not a deadlock letter line....they are a joke!
This happened to me too. OTELO accepted the case based on a verbal deadlock. If you quote them the person's name you spoke to at 3 executive office and state that they say it's deadlock and they won't send you a further letter.0 -

Dispatches (channel 4) on 29th Sep is entitled 'Camron's Money Man' is this the episode? Can's find it in this episode. Is this what you meant by 'Dispatch' ?0 -
Just noticed something strange. I logged onto my account with 3 on-line and went to My Account-Search Recent Bills and notice that all my calls last for more than 1 hr. That's not right - I looked at some of my bills and none of my calls last longer that 5 or 6 minutes. The online report shows as hh:mm:ss and they all start with 01 like 01:03:17. It's like 3 have changed the data. Maybe so I can't easily see my calls of less than 1 minute? Any comments anyone?0
