  • Ok, well tell them you want to cancel the Retail one, and migrate onto the web one. These companies really are backwards sometimes. There is nothing stopping you ordering this offer from the web as a new customer, and they must know this, so why they dont just transfer you is beyond belief. Makes me cross just thinking about it!!

    the fair usage can be exceeded without additional charges - it's more a guide.

    (ive seen ones for texts at 4,500+!!!)

    You get £5 for PAYG and £20 for a sim card only contract.£50 is for a full mobi contract with phone.

    Signed up to dolphin 10 but I received November bill today but it has now gone up? This happened to any one else? Aren't they supposed to tell you. it still states dolphin 10 but they have now charged for
    Chargeable umltd EV & Wk Ow 13nov -25 nov £1.85 and chargeable umltd ev & wk ow 26 nov - 25 dec 4.26 + vat. Any one have a clue what this is?

    you get evening and weekend internet free for 2 months after that unless you opt out of it you get charged, they should have text you explaining this, ring them say you didn't get the text and they should refund the money and cancel it off ur acc
