thank you will look into that. do you know if the v31 or the v3x are good phones?
i personally dont think theyre great - i personally love to mess around with my phones but trying to do it on a moto is SO long winded! i usually dont recomend them to my customers unless they have had experience with a motorola and like it, most people like nokia or SE something simple then end up hating the motos
but then again if you have patience and just wanna do simple things on the phone wont really bother you about all the little settings, they are usually quad band with great bat life so
v3i is better then the rest of the motos in my experience, found out today v3x can be annoying just little settings that make my life difficult when trying to sort a phone out for a customer!!

should i get the v3i or the v3x? or any other phones that arent big as i have small hands, and that take pictures, and have video and easy to sms and good batery life.

pls any advice would be great. thanks

i want to get the on the web orange price plan looks pretty good, 500 sms and 200 min for 30 pounds on a 12 month contract.

    pls help

v3i/v3x arent small phones :S think im missing something lol
if your looking for a half decent camera Sony Ericsson always the best! e.g. K750I great phone for mp3 camera video radio everything! and its nice and cheap because its and old phone! great value for mony, but on a new contract maybe worth seeing if theyve got the w810, like the k750i but better, bigger mem card and better software, theyre not that big
maybe nokia 6111 - 1mp camera tho not a 2! but still nice easy and pretty small, its a lil slide phone, otherwise if you want a flip one of the samsungs e770, generally alright cameras, not as dead simple as a nokia or SE but still pretty good phones, not great for mp3 tho and no radio, there are a few which will do video tho

Hi, I hope someone can help me!!

I cancelled all the bundles (texts and World Access) on my account at the end of April leaving just talktime at £19 per month.
But on this month's bill they are charging me for the World Access, but not the texts.

I have phoned customer services, and she says she has now de-activated WA on my account, but does this mean I still have to pay for it this month, or will I get a refund next month?

My billing period for this month from 5th June to 4th July, and I was only able to access my account online this morning.

I'm so fed up with Orange, and their useless customer services!!!

unfortunatly i dont think they will voluntarily refund it next bill, unless you kick up a fuss because they should have removed it, its not your fault they didnt if you get what i mean
may be worth making sure you dont use it and giving them another ring now seeing as your still early in the billing month

Does Orange do a family plan? So I could have 1 contract with 4 phones shareing minutes and texts?

If so what are the costs?

is it the ovp virgin one with zero line rental, think i may have upgraded someone before in store, pretty sure i have, unless its changed since, it would prob just came up as a band 1 out of 5 so the lowest band so highest cost for phones on upgrade, if you havent already, pop in store and see if they can do it on their computer systems

We got this "virgin tariff" about 6 years ago, there's no line rental and the calls are relatively cheap, so I don't want to lose it.
I've been into the shop and rung them a few times but they just say "no" because it's not a "contract" as such or rather, I don't pay rental.

Oh wants a Samsung 600 which is a bit expensive for us!!

I was checking my Orange online account and it said that I am currently in "Core Plan 200" and following service plans was available for me to change.

    Cost The package
    £35.00 240 Mins
    £40.00 300 Mins
    £45.00 400 Mins
    £55.00 600 Mins
    £75.00 900 Mins

Is the plans 120 mins for £25 and 60 mins for £19 removed and not available for existing customers?. I got my contract in March just before Orange introduced Animal Plans.

you wont share the mins or texts cant do that except on a business plan!
instead you get unlimited free calls between you and it all has to be under 1 persons name
