My Windows 7 upgrade arrived today (which I ordered on 24th October) - so hopefully their problems have been solved!

My wife has just let me know 2 packages have arrived, she thinks they are software lol.
Funny I got mine yesterday, do you think I have 2 lots now? If so which ones did they cancel ?

I wasn't sure if mine was the first one arriving late or the second one arriving quickly so I emailed them and they replied almost straight away confirming it was the second set.

Now waited 9 days and still nothing has been delivered. This is not an acceptable service form this company. I have mailed the 'support' address and got the usual reply that we should wait 21 days before making another enquiry. When should we get more concerned?

I ordered Office for the Mac on Monday 9th Nov, and it arrived today (as a single CD in an envelope, not in a big box as I was expecting). 2 weeks isn't too bad a wait, especially as I was using the 30-day free trial version in the meantime, so I'm happy.

Does say it comes in a mailer.

still waiting.................. Getting towards a month......

If nothing today, then time to get the charge reversed.

They were quick to jump onto this thread to say they were an authorised MS dealer - shame they were not as quick to apologise here and give us the truth.

zinchead - if I hadn't read it on this board, I would have had no idea why I hand't received mine. They didn't contact me to and I had to wait 21 days before I could do anything about it, so how was I to know whether mine was in the missing batch or not. I'm sorry if I don't get things right every time, I am obviously not up to your standard of posting so I wont bother again.

Whatever problems they've had in the past they seem to be OK again now with new orders.

I ordered Office Enterprise 2007 on 17/11 and it turned up today.
