My wonderfully discounted Microsoft Office arrived not too slowly, and was all shiney and legit.
However, it wasn't until I started to install it (just at the point that I really needed it for Uni) that I realised it was the German version.
I now know some basic German thanks to necessity and am awaiting a reply from software4students to see if I can get my hands on a more user friendly version (English)
Update 07/12/11: Fast response from Support team and replacement correct version in the post
